Collector didn't know why he had the urge to eavesdrop but however they did. Listening into King, Eda and Lilith's conversation, Collector heard something he wished he didn't hear. "-I think I have a more..permanent.. solution" they heard King say; his heart sank hearing that. "H..He's gonna.." the small god stammered out, looking up at who they thought was Raine "He's gonna kill me...?" Collector said with a shaky voice. 'Raine' nodded "yes. He is going to try kill you Collector." The puppeted bard said; however they sound somewhat different. "W-Wait.. you're not Ray-Ray..." Collector said, immediately picking up on Belos' trick. Enraged and scared the godly child ran off, flying out of the Archives and into a cave. "I..I don't wanna die.." Collector whimpered out; curling up in the darkest section of the cave.
King returned to the room he and Collector would sleep in, only to find his friend gone. "Collector..? Where are you buddy?" King called out, extremely worried and nervous. The young titan ran back to the room Eda and Lilith were in "Collector's gone..!! I-I think something happened to them!!" King shouted urgently. Eda stood up rather quickly; going into her harpy mode and picking King up. "Let's go find him" Eda said calmly; despite her own concerns, Lilith opting to stay just in case Collector was to return. King and Eda left to look for Collector "what if his family took them..!!" King exclaimed in a slight panicked tone; his mother looked at him with a sad look "hey kid, we'll find him.." Eda responded "I hope.." she mumbled as the two landed on the ground; hearing sniffling and whimpers from inside a cave. King immediately running into it followed by Eda.
Collector saw King and panicked, trying to hide from the two. "S..Stay back!!" He shouted, fear in their eyes. "Collector.. why did you run away...?" King asked, looking both concerned and highly confused. "Stop acting like you care!! You wanna kill me..!! I-I know it..!" The star-child shouted, only to see the utter confusion on King and Eda's faces. Eda sighed and walked over "who said that kid..?" She asked softly, kneeling beside Collector. "H..Huh..? You aren't gonna kill me..?" Collector asked with slight confusion, glancing at King. The young titan walked over "why would I kill my friend?" King asked with a chuckle, pulling Collector into a hug which the god happily accepted.
