The Dark Forest

Chapter 3

They stayed in the bunker for hours. Until they heard voices coming from the entrance.

"Are you sure this is safe" said a girl "How do we know no one's here, I mean the door was open, right?".

"Relax Catherine, I'm sure we're save here" said a boy.

"What do we do? They obviously need help, should we help them, or is it a trap?" said Jake. Fiona didn't need to think about it. If someone needed help, she was bound to do so.

"We have to help them, if it was us I'm sure someone would have helped." said Fiona.

Fiona got up, and went towards the voices.

"Did you hear that? Someone's here Drake, we need to leave now!" said Catherine.

"Don't worry, I got this." said Drake acting like the hero.

"Hello? Hi, my name is-" said Fiona before she was interrupted by Catherine.

"We don't want your name, we want to be alone." said Catherine. Fiona got closer to them for them to see she was not going to hurt them. Catherine and Drake calmed down.

" Can I speak now?" said Fiona.

"Ok, sorry for thinking you were gonna hurt us." said Catherine. "We just got here and we don't remember who we are." said Catherine. Drake shushed her, still unsure of wether Fiona was a friend or a threat.

"Well its okay, me and my friends don't remember either. Anyway my name is Fiona." she said. Drake was no longer unsure of Fiona.

"We'll I'm Catherine and he's Drake." she said.

"I know, I heard you guys talking to each other." said Fiona

Jake and Amanda came up from downstairs.

"Hi, I'm Amanda and his Jake." she said.

"Nice to meet you" said Drake.

"We have food, water and clothes downstairs if you need any." said Fiona.

"Well actually we're trying to find out about our past." said Drake before Catherine could say anything. He knew she was gonna say yes to the offer since she was to scared to find out about her past. She'd rather find help than risk her life in the forest.

"So are you guys related, or are you guys just strangers?" said Amanda.

"Well the truth is I saw that I had a picture in my wallet with Catherine in it and it said Best Siblings Ever. I thought it was a little corny." said Drake." So I think that we're brother and sister."

Fiona thought that was weird, especially that they found each other out of nowhere. Someone must have made that happen.

"We don't have anyone to stick with, so would you mine if we tag along with you, please. Drake is a little scared." said Catherine.

"That's okay, the more people the better" said Fiona.
