Chapter 3: Great Idea!

It's been a day since I hired that new Igor, all he has been doing is just freeloading in my house. But, I guess it isn't actually his fault cause I don't have anything for him to do. "Ugggh!" I grumbled in frustration. "Oh, you alright, Y/N?" Said Igor behind me. "Yup! Just can't figure out another invention idea for the science fair cause that the damn machine exploded!" You shouted, now very stressed.

"May I... Suggest an idea?" The hunched-back asked. "Sure, I'll take anything at this point." I did a 180° degree spin on your chair. "How about... Making life?" Igor suggested. My eyes widen, "He... Heh??? Making life!?" I started laughing, "You mean sex!? Hahaha!" I wheeze in my seat as Igor realized how he said his sentence. His face is as red as the last time I saw a rose. "Hah... Sorry, you were saying?" I calmed myself down.

"Oh! Ahem--- Okay, so, I have actually planned how exactly to create life way before you hired me, I just didn't have the equipment needed to start the project," said Igor as he brought up a gold object to reveal a piece of paper inside. "Now, as you can see here...

[A while of explaining later]

My jaw dropped wide open once the hunchback finished explaining. He looked nervously at me, "So, what do you think?" "What do I think?" I blurted out. "WHAT DO I THINK!?" I screamed as the hunched-back jumps back a bit. "This is the most amazing discovery of all time! Creating life!?" I grabbed Igor by the shirt and shook him aggressively. "No evil scientist nor ordinary scientist has ever successfully done such a thing! This--- This would be the greatest invention ever!" I cheered excitedly. I noticed I shook Igor a bit too hard and he was looking a bit dizzy, "Heh... Oops."

[A few hours later]

I finished setting up all the things Igor said we need to make the monster. "Hey, Y/N," said Igor, "you need to rest? You look tired." Explained the hunched man. "No... Hey Igor, I have an idea..." I said the last part quietly but the hunched back still managed to hear me. "What is it?" He asked curiously. "Weeell...." I clasps my together and continued, "Instead of a big giant lady monster, how about we make it a... Rabbit?(This is will this AU's version of Scamper as he currently does not exist lmao)" I gave him a slight grin at the end of my sentence.

Igor raises an eyebrow, "You want it to be an animal rather than a big large lady? Okay. But why a rabbit though?" He asked. You simply gave him wide smile and said, "Well, first of all, they're adorable. Second, with the rabbit's feet, it can swiftly dodge any oncoming attack from the other robots. And thirdly, I got a dead rabbit from the side of the street earlier today." As I finished my explanation, I pulled out a dead rabbit corpse from a pocket. "Ew! Why do you have that in your pocket!?" The Igor yelled in disgust. I stare at him for a moment then look at the disturbing image of the dead rabbit body on my hand, "As a scientist, I don't need to answer an Igor about what I like to do in my free time."

Igor just shrugged and we began our construction.
