Chapter 4: Baby!?

[In the lab]

It has been 4 days since I began working here, and I'm currently enlarging rabbit body parts and injecting them with an invincible serum. Working with Y/N on this invention is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me--- I meant like--- being allowed to invent--- "Ugh.." I grumbled as I rub my temples. I like being this 'evil' scientist Igor, but I think I'm beginning to go soft for him...

[Front door slams open]

I was cut off from my thoughts as I heard a loud bang coming from the hallway and a familiar voice that follows it. "Igor! I'm back! I got the evil bone!" Shouted Y/N from across the hall. "O- Oh! That's fantastic!" I shouted back.

Eventually, Y/N finally reaches the lab. "Good evening my G-shaped friend." Said the scientist. "G shaped? Why'd you call me that?" I asked nonchalantly. "Well, you see, my fellow inventing enjoyed," the man began, "at the darkest parts of the back market earlier keep seeing all the other scientists call their Igor... Well--- Igor! So I thought..." I eventually stopped listening to whatever Y/N was saying and went back to work.

"So I'm gonna call you 'baby' from now on!"

"Wait--- What did you say?" I looked at the scientist, confused but I can feel my face heating up. "Well, as I said before, referring to you as Igor will be a bit confusing once we're ever in public, don't ya think?" Said the man. I was now fully facing him, "Okay... But why a pet name? Why not just call me Kevin or something?" The man in Infront of me just stared at me without saying anything. He cleared his throat, "Well, you see," he began, " first of all, you're the size of a toddler. Second, your hair is like a baby's hair. Third, your eyes are big and your is quite big as well, usually, that's the common characteristic of a child. Fourth---" "Okay! Okay! I got it. I'm small. Let's just get back to work" I rolled my eyes. The man in front of me simply grinned at my response.
