Chapter 5: My Best Friend

Over the past few weeks, Jimin and Taehyung have gotten close, to the point where Jimin introduced him to Aera and even trust Taehyung to stay with Aera in the room with Just the two of them.

Even though Jimin and Taehyung have gotten so close, Jimin still hasn't told Taehyung that he and Jungkook are trying for a baby because she doesn't want to make a big deal out of it.

because it has been four months and all of the pregnancy tests keep saying negative, she and Jungkook decided to take a break from trying so hard.

"I can't believe your mother-in-law talks to you like that, if it was me I would have jumped her so that she can shut up" at the begging Taehyung felt guilty for using Jimin but she knows that her parents need her the most at the moment

so now that she feels like she is close enough she can finally start moving in, first, she got to get close to Aera which she already did, now the only thing left is for her to get to Jungkook.

"I can't just jump her Taehyungie she's Jungkook's mother and I love Jungkook too much to disrespect his family

besides, it will feel like I jumped my mothers, which is something I can't do" Jimin knows that even though Jungkook's mother hates him, she's just concerned about her son and there's nothing to it. Jimin's mothers are also overprotective of her so she knows that Jungkook's mom means well

"You are too nice, anyway how is Aera did she like her new clothes?" Taehyung could care less about Jimin, she just wants it to look like she cares and that she's there for Jimin when in reality she wished Jimin will mess up so badly that the Jeon family can kick her out

"She was so happy, you should have seen her face, she kept saying 'auntie Taetae is the best you need to stop spoiling her" Jimin appreciates Taehyung but she's doing too much

Aera doesn't need all of those toys and clothes that she keeps buying herself, her old ones are just fine.

"Your such a mom, I'm not spoiling her, I'm just making up for all the time that I missed" Taehyung will not stop until Aera prefer her over Jimin and she believes that is the key to Jungkook's heart.

"well I want you to slow down, Jungkookie doesn't like it," Jungkook told her to stop telling Taehyung to buy their daughter things that she doesn't need, and if she wanted those things they can provide them for her, but Jimin is not going to tell her that.

"I don't know why he wouldn't like it. I'm just trying to get to know my niece" Taehyung will not stop no matter what Jimin says.

"Taehyung I don't want me and Jungkook to be fighting again, please just respect his decision" Even though Aera's parents gave Jimin Aera's company shares Jimin promised himself that she will not use the money that she gets monthly for the shares he owns

Instead, she opened a separate bank account in which all the money goes and she plans on giving it to Aera when she's old enough along with the shares

So at the moment, she only uses the money that she gets from her job as a choreographer since she signed a prenup, and also she rejects money from Jungkook every time he offers her some

And she also obligated Jungkook that they have to split their house bills in two since the penthouse was  a present

So like Jungkook she's not comfortable with Taehyung buying the daughter things that she can never buy for her but she didn't know how to tell her to stop without sounding mean so when the topic came up, she saw the opportunity and went for it.

"Jimin, you need to start speaking up to your in-laws gives you hard time for something stupid and now your husband is trying to control you and all you have to say is you don't want to fight!
