Egypt and Mrs. Liu bond grew closer over the weekend. Egypt was that daughter that Mrs. Liu wanted. Egypt liked that she was able to talk to her without her being judged. Yea Egypt got  her friends talk to without them judging her too, but it was different with an adult.

Pretty much after having a few conversations with Mrs. Liu, it really helped Egypt get her head back on track into reality again. Sadly, The weekend went smooth and Mrs. Liu was getting ready to leave.

"Do you really have leave right now?" Yangyang said to his mom.

"Yea I know but look. I can visit monthly and during holidays I can stay for a week." She said while hugging Yangyang.

"It was nice having you around. Can't wait to see you again." Egypt hugged Mrs. Liu.

"I'll be back next month, don't worry."

"We know you will come back, it just we enjoyed your company." Kun said helping her with her bags. They left out the door and Kun took Mrs. Liu to the airport.

"You seem more happier. Did I miss something." Yangyang said.

"It's nothing. It's just that we actually have a lot in common. She's a nice woman."

"It's nice to know you get along with mom. You wanna do something tomorrow?"

"Like what?"

"I was thinking about that we should maybe, do what you wanna do."

"What?"

"We always do something that I want to do, but we never do something you want to do."

"I like it your ideas though. And besides, I can't think of anything. It's getting cold outside so there's nothing to do."

"You're right it is getting cold."

"But we can make cookies together. I want to do that."

"That do sounds fun."

2 years later

During those 2 years, Egypt felt happiness. It was more happiness than she ever felt. Her and Yangyang grew closer especially without having to be worrying about anything as much.

Egypt never got back in touch with her parents nor they got back in touch with her but she did keep up with Fatima. Since Fatima turned 18, she was able to get the freedom that Egypt had. She still had to be home at a certain time though.

Right now, Kun and Egypt were getting ready for their graduation. Kun was putting on his suit while Egypt was doing her makeup. Her, Kun and Hendery was eager to finally graduate. Especially since they were all going out after the ceremony.

There was a knock on the door and Yangyang went to go see who it was. It was Hendery and Ten. The plan was for the graduates to drive in a separate car from the others since the graduates had to be there an hour early before their family arrived.

"KUN! EGYPT! HURRY WE HAVE TO GO GRADUATE IN A COUPLE HOURS!" Hendery yelled throughout the house. Egypt and Kun heard him clear as day knowing how loud Hendery's voice. Egypt was done with her makeup so she didn't the need to rush. She grabbed her cap and gown and met up with Hendery downstairs.

"You look beautiful." Yangyang complimented Egypt.

"Aww thanks." Egypt blushed.

"Where's Kun?"

"He should be coming down in a few seconds." As if on cue, Kun trotted downstairs.

"Here go the tickets to get in." Kun handed them the graduation tickets.

"It's our time to go now." Egypt said looking at her phone for the time. The graduates left out the door and went to the place that they were supposed to be.

Mini time skip*

The graduation ceremony had started and everyone was there settled down and quiet as the ceremony went on. It was pretty boring to say the least with all the talking, but some students were talking to each other or some were on their phones.

After all the speeches, it was time for the students to walk across the stage and receive their diploma. Egypt, Kun, and Hendery was separated due to their last names being apart from each other, they couldn't sit next to each other.

They lined up and one by one as their names were called. Egypt was at the beginning of the line and she was nervous. Not the anxious type nervous but the too excited nervous. After her name was called, all she heard were cheers and screams. She was proud of herself.

Once Egypt grabbed her diploma she went back to her seat. After about 15 people crossed the the stage, soon Kun then Hendery crossed the stage. Egypt was pretty much was the loudest one cheering for her besties.

After the ceremony*

The three were walking around trying to find Ten and Yangyang. They found Ten and Yangyang, but they saw that Hailey, Fatima and Mrs. Liu was also with them.

"I'm so proud of you guys." Mrs. Liu hugged the three graduates.

"Let's take some pictures of y'all." Hailey said as she took out her phone. After their moment of their mini photoshoot and taking pictures with everybody it was time to leave.

"What are we gonna do after this?" Fatima asked.

"We're just going out to eat, nothing too crazy." Kun said. They got in their cars they came in, except Yangyang rode with the graduates this time. They made it at the restaurant they were supposed to be. They all got seated and they started to look through the menu.

"So what's the plan for your lives now?" Mrs. Liu asked directing to Yangyang and Egypt.

"Well actually about that, we've been saving up to get our own apartment soon. We been doing

"What did they say?" Hailey asked. Everyone was eager to know.

"We got the place. We move in in two weeks." Egypt said happily. Everybody at their table clapped for them. They were proud of their announcement.

"We're proud of you two and we wish y'all the best." Kun said. Egypt and Yangyang were proud of themselves as well.

2 weeks later*

Yangyang grabbed the last box out his room and took it downstairs by the front door. It Yangyang's and Egypt move in day. They had all their stuff stuffed in the U-haul truck.

"It was nice to stay here with you Kun." Yangyang said.

"We're gonna miss you Kun." Egypt and Yangyang faked cried while hugging him.

"Oh stop, y'all only down the street. It's not like y'all live across the city."

"I know be I liked living here with you." Egypt said. Yangynag and Egypt got inside the truck and they drove to their new house. They took the boxes out the truck and took it into their new home. This is a new chapter of their life.
