The Changing

The day

Reagans Pov.
Every thing was planned. We had a party center rented on the same beach Luke proposed, and we were having the ceremony in the same part. Everything was perfect. The assorted roses were placed throughout the center. We had great food for the guests, and needs for us 6. the white chairs were placed in the sand with blue ribbons strung throughout with a great big green walkway rolled out. Everything made my heart flutter. It was perfect but I wished my family was here to see this.

As I changed out of my clothes I started sliding on my dress. Struggling to zip up the dress lily turns in her flowy white dress and beams at me. "Mother I'll be right back" she says smiling. Nodding her head she smile "I'm so happy for you two" Lilys mother says.
"I know your mother couldn't be here for this, but she's sure proud of you. I'm here for you." she says smiling. Helping me zip up the back of my dress I turn around and help her to. As we got our dresses zipped up the door creaks open. As we turn our heads my face lightens up as Mrs. Hood and Liz walk in . "Need some help?" Liz asks as I run to her and wrap my arms around her. "You look beautiful, I knew you were always good for Luke. He loves you dearly. I know it" Liz says sitting me down. Smiling so much I can't hold it. Im just so happy. Letting a tear roll down my face Lily smiles in the chair next to me. "Dont cry you'll make your mascara run. Lets all see that beautiful face." she says wiping my tear away. Smiling I grab her hand "I love you lily I do."
As Liz finishes my hair she smiles in approval. The makeup I applied accompanied my brown hair that was styled in a curly pun with ringlets trailing down in a few places. "Beautiful" Liz smiles kissing my cheek "I'm glad you were welcomed into our family." Smiling I thank her with all my heart.
Knocking on the door I walk up and ask "who is it?" "Hey could you come out here for a minute?" I hear ashs familiar voice ask "Yea of course" I reply quickly excusing my self and stepping out on the small balcony near the back of the beach. Luke should've still been with claum, Mikey, and the rest of his best men.
"Hey" he smiles his dimpled grin "Hi" I reply chuckling "You are beautiful" He says eying me "Thank you ash" I say "You won't forget about me?" He asks causing me to pause "why would you say that?" I ask "b-because you chose Luke and now you are getting married to him. You will probably move far away and have kids and live your eternity out all together and forget about me slowly." he says as a tear rolls down his face. As my heart drops I frown "Ash I will never forget about you, you are still my mate but Luke is the one I need I love you both but Luke owns my heart. Ash I promise I will never ever forget about you." I say grabbing him into a hug and kissing his cheek "I love you Rey" he says hugging me back "Oh one more thing. Someone is here to see you" he says smiling and walking back inside. As I stand there confused a failure face walks to me.
"Dad?" I question running up and hugging you "Hey stranger" he says kissing my cheek "you are gorgeous" he says "I didn't know you were coming.." I say trailing off laughing he says "Oh Luke has been keeping me updated ever since he asked me for my permission to marry you" he says "Really?" I question causing him to smile "You said yes to the right man he loves you, and just know if he ever hurts you I my 42." he says chuckling "Oh we know he won't hurt me" I say hugging him "Rey, Randall time to get ready to walk the aisle" Liz says smiling "Its good to see you too" My father replies as we walk to the door "Go get em tiger" Liz whispers in my ear as she runs off to take her seat before the wedding begins.
As we reach the door that begins the aisle lily grabs my hand and squeezes it as the music begins playing I tense up "Its ok baby girl you will remember this for the rest of you life, ease down" my father whispers squeezing my hand back. As we begin waking down the aisle Lily watches from the door way waiting for her turn. As Luke's little cousins lead the way spreading flowers my cousins as my bridesmaid take the rear dressed in their turquoise dresses. Looking up I spot Luke standing and smiling like the world suddenly got brighter. I could see the love in his eyes. Smiling back we inch closer. Reaching Luke I smile as my father gives me away. "You ready" Luke whispers in my ear "As ready as I'll ever be" I reply
As we say our vows I couldn't keep my eyes away from luke. He makes my world complete. As the ring bearers bring the rings I look to Ash and see him beaming while wiping a tear. As we take the rings I whisper to the little girl "Thank you" causing her to smile and run happily to my line of brides maids. Although the scent of many people are taunting me my happiness beats it all. Looking at Luke and to my hand holding his slightly large ring "You may place the rings on your spouses fingers" the preacher says smiling bringing us back to reality. Smiling I take likes larger hands in mine and place the ring in his finger. Smiling he takes mine is his and places the band on my finer "You may kiss the bride"the preacher says summoning for us to finalize our marriage. Showing his bright teeth Luke places his hands on my hips and I wrap my arms around his neck as he pulls me in and places a soft kiss on my lips. As the cheering begins I look around and see Liz and my father crying. Smiling we step back and watch as lily begins walking towards the doors. Looking to calum I see his bright smile. "This is our begging" Luke says nibbling my ear and placing yet another kiss on my lips squeezing our hands together.
