Is my reflection wrong?

I look into the mirror and see everything I've always been,
But when people look at me they tell me to wear a grin.

I look like I've been eating normally, but people look at me when I say 'no' with abnormality.

And if you ask me or look at my phone, I've been doing just fine.
But people ask and look, wondering why.

Though I guess I can understand why they worry.

For my grin isn't in the reflection.
I find myself saying no more than yes.
And they can check and see, there's still a line.
