Meanwhile, in the dimension for adults, Batman, Zatara, Red Tornado, Captain Marvel and Black Canary were too, fighting against powerful beings.
Captain Marvel landed behind Wizard and Batman landed behind Blackbriar Thorn and threw a bunch of Batarangs at him. But it didn't do much damage. Instead, Blackbriar Thorn conjured a tree which captured Batman with its branches.
Seeing that Batman was struggling, Black Canary swooped in and yelled at her team to cover their ears, before letting out a truly blood curdling scream which sent Blackbriar Thorn, Wizard, Felix Faust and Wotan to cover their ears and groan in pain.
Red Tornado came up behind Felix Faust and summoned a red tornado and sent it towards Felix Faust who defended himself by sending a fiery flame at Red Tornado.
Zatara, who was floating in the sky, raised his cane and spoke some incantation, summoning lightning before pointing his cane at his enemies, directing the lightning to them. The four sorcerers groaned in pain as lightning passed through their body.
Suddenly, the lightning was directed to the glowing yellow gem in the middle which triggered some kind of ringing sound.
Zatara frowned, as he knew that was not a good sign.

Back at the kids dimension, the team was still taking on Klarion. Dick threw a bunch of explosive batarangs at Klarion which Klarion caught and threw it back at Dick.
"Look out!" Wally cried out, running at his friend, grabbing him just in the nick of time before the explosives went off.
"Thanks Wally." Dick said as Wally set his friend down. Wally nodded before running off to help the rest of the team. Conner and M'gann were fighting Teekl, the rest were fighting against Klarion.
Just then, a ringing sound was heard from the yellow gem. Klarion grunted. "Ah.. So you teamed up with the grumps. Teamwork is so overrated." He said, rolling his eyes.
Klarion used the lightning transmitted from the adult dimension to electrocute the team. Artemis and Dick took the fall. And Kaldur was trying to absorb the energy to use it against Klarion.
Wally ran circles around Klarion, creating a small sand tornado to distract Klarion. But the Witch Boy was quick and lightning struck Wally, causing him to groan in pain and fall backwards onto the ground. The sand tornado dispersed.
"Erif nrub, nordlauc elbbub!" Zatanna chanted, creating a fiery explosion and sending it towards Klarion.
"Fi ehs stnaw na noisolpxe os dab, evig ti ot reh." Klarion said, redirecting the fiery explosion to her.
Zatanna yelled in pain as she was hit with her own spell.
"Ugh, enough of this nonsense already!" Klarion exclaimed. Once again he used the lightning to strike them all. Everyone groaned in pain as they fell to the ground.
Vance groaned, as she attempted to stand up to face Klarion but she collapsed back to the ground again. "Come on Xanver.. Get the fuck up..." Vance muttered under her breath. Vance looked at her friends who were all slowly regaining consciousness.
Gathering all the strength she had left, Vance slowly sat up. They held onto the right side of their rib while trying to ignore the intense pain. She could feel some kind of liquid on her shirt but chose to ignore it.
Klarion then pointed towards her teammates. "Teekl.. Kill those nuisances. This one is mine." Klarion smirked, staring right into Vance's eyes. Vance could feel a shiver running down her spine.
Teekl grunted in response and started to walk to the team.
"No-" Vance mumbled as she raised her hand to set up a force field around her friends, protecting them. Vance breathed heavily. "You're not gonna hurt my friends."
Klarion rolled his eyes. "yOu'Re nOt gOnNa hUrT mY fRiEnDs.. Oh shut up!" Klarion mocked.
The team finally regained their consciousness. "Xanver! Are you alright?" M'gann said from inside the force field. Vance nodded.
"Holy shi- Dude, you're bleeding." Dick exclaimed, pointing at Vance's hand.
"Shit." Vance mumbled when they opened their hand which was holding on to the part of her rib that was hurting, only to find out that blood was seeping through her shirt. So that was the sticky liquid she felt on her hand. But Vance did not have time for wounds.
"Think I can let you guys out?" Vance asked, wincing in pain as if realising she was injured made the pain even worse. "Maintaining this force field is really weakening me."
Dick and the rest nodded.
Just then.. "Vance, look out!" Dick cried out.
Vance turned their attention back to Klarion, only to realise a huge ball of fire was being hurdled in her direction.
