(A/N): Hey guys! Here’s chapter 2, hope you enjoy it. It’s a teensy bit short, but the next chapter is heaps longer!

Finn’s POV:

Ollie’s soft brown hair fell in a glossy, naturally curled curtain, resting just an inch or two above the end of her ribcage. She had deep chocolate brown eyes, long, thick lashes framing them. She and Sam were alike in every way, their mannerisms, the way they talked, the way they did nearly everything, and it was very easy to tell that they had been best friends since childhood. She even had the same ear to ear, cheesy grin that Sam wore constantly. Ollie nestled into the group quite comfortably, though I doubt she even gave me a second glance. Sam seemed ecstatic to have her back, asking questions about New Zealand and what she’d do now that she was back in England. He pulled out his camera, focusing on Ollie, who was wedged in between Louis and Jack.

“Ollie,” he began, “Tell my subscribers a bit about yourself.”

“Ummm…” she stated both pensively and absently. “Well, my name’s Olive, but you can call me Ollie. I’m 19, and I’ve lived in New Zealand for 12 years. Oh, and I’m a twin.”

There’s two of her? I couldn’t help it, my hormones coming into play as I let out a weak cough that was stuck in my throat. Jack wiggled his eyebrows at me, knowing all too well what that cough meant.

“No way!” Jack cried, “I’m a twin, too!”

“I never would have guessed,” she laughed, a harmonious sound that seemed to fill the restaurant. “My twin’s name is Noah. Noah, if you’re watching, you smell.”

Noah can be a girl’s name, too, right? I grinned, watching her tanned hands tap against the wooden table, her nails a soft shade of lilac. She caught me staring, shyly brushing her fingers away, while I averted my eyes. Usually, I was pretty smooth, but Ollie seemed to stump me. She was different from all of the other girls, in a way that I couldn’t describe. I figured out, right there and then, that I had to have her.

Olive’s POV:

I couldn’t help but notice the way Finn would look at me, like I was the only thing he saw. His green eyes searched mine, looking for every tiny detail that they offered. Do I have something on my nose? I thought worriedly, rubbing at my annoyingly pointy nose until I was satisfied that there was nothing there, and then he gave me a smile that seemed so genuinely sweet with just the right amount of shyness that unexpected warmth rushed through my veins. I shifted my eyes for the second time in the space of 5 minutes, instead, playing with a loose piece of string on my shirt and waiting for my chicken katsu curry. I was tucked in between Jack and Louis, while Finn, Sam and Maz sat opposite me. They all seemed lovely, although Finn hadn’t said a word to me all evening, a coy, contemplative smile constantly playing on his lips. He seemed shy, and I liked that. I was never really one to go for the cocky, arrogant boy.

Our dinners finally arrived, and I scarfed it down much quicker than any of the boys, which earned me some of their respect. Soon, the desserts had been chosen, and Sam and I had picked cheesecake, 2 each, to be exact. He picked up his phone, and took a photo of me, a cheesy grin on my lips, my hair tucked behind my ear precariously, Jack and Louis at my side.

Desserts were served not long after, and we ate our food as quick as it had been served, splitting the bill between the 6 of us.

Everyone parted ways, ending the perfect day.

I bent over to sort through the men’s racks, assorted button-down shirts and stylish jeans flooding my eyesight. I heard someone clear their throat behind me, and I turned around to see Finn, grin as wide as ever.

“Finny!” I smiled, giving him a half-hug.

“I didn’t know you worked here!” he said, eyes trailing down my body, taking in every bit of information. I wore a rather tight-fitting pair of blue wash jeans, along with the printed shirt that was part of the Topshop uniform. Fidgeting with my nails, I quickly realised that it was easy for anyone to see that I was nervous. Finn’s kind, warm presence put me on edge, but not the bad kind. It was the kind that made you get out of bed in the morning, the kind that set butterflies roaring in your stomach.

“I do,” I grinned.

“When’s your lunch break?”

I flicked my wrist so I could see my watch, “In about 10 minutes.”

“Do you want to have lunch, Liv?” he asked, trying to hide the fact that he was a little nervous.

“I’d love to.”
