It had been a few months of being confined to one room until the doctors finally allowed her out.

It had been another month until they finally let her roam around without being followed by a guard(maybe because she had thrashed said guard so badly that no one was brave enough to watch her anymore. But she did apologize several times for the incident).

The only one she remotely got along with so far was The Doctor. They were just easy to talk to(and was the only other person that she was allowed to talk to).

The Aegir.

The Abyssal Hunters, as they called themselves. They approached her on multiple occasions, and began speaking to her in familiarity. She knew that she knew them. But she couldn't remember them.

She didn't want to remember them.

She just knew that she didn't like the tallest one. For now, she wanted to stay away from them.

All of them.

It was hard enough as it is, remembering her hometown one minute, then forgetting her own name the next.

She was hardly allowed past the medical wing. Everywhere she went, it was always the same thing: "where are you going?" "What are you doing?"

It was growing annoying.

That was a feeling that always stuck.

An audible growl sounded from deep in her throat, scaring the people that were unfortunate enough to be around her.

She had developed something of a reputation among the others. They simply decided to steer clear of her at all costs.

She knew they were afraid. But she would never hurt them if she could help it.

She would never hurt anyone if she could help it.

So here she sat at the cafeteria table, in the corner, by herself.

She came here often since this was the one place she could be undisturbed for the longest amount of time.

The kitchen staff had gotten used to seeing her out at the table by herself.

Even when all the lights in the kitchen were out, she remained.

Some had tried to greet her on occasions, but they ultimately gave up when they realized that she was completely unaware that they were talking to her at times.

She had tried to listen to them. She really did try. She tried to remember their names, but she never could. Every time she learned their names again, they would be locked behind an unknown barrier in her mind.

Names. Also something that eluded her more often than she would like.

"....m..."

She wished she could remember things. Even in the moments that she COULD remember, it was never useful nor at the right moment.

"...am...?"

If she could just remember her origins, or even the reason she had been wandering for so long.

If only she could remember...

"...Sam...?"

Her memory was failing her.

Her body was failing her.

She was dying.

"Yo! Sam!!"

She started and looked in the direction of the voice. She was met with the sight of a red haired Sankta.

She didn't recognize her.
