On the exact same day and time Chiaki starts his first day at the Red Armed Agency. There too another has arrived from the airport, a man in a suit as black as a panther and shiny shoes as elegant as a new pair of shoes that not even the nobles can wear.
"Shigeto, what is the agency's recent news?" the man said.
"Well President, recently, the agency has hired a new member by the name Chiaki Fujimo" Shigeto.
"Chiaki Fujimo, is he gifted?"
"No sir, but according to his profile he is knowledgeable and independent"
Than immediately stopped walking and paused for a seconds, "hmm, looks like I'm gonna have to see what he's capable of myself" however he came into a second thought after thinking " as the president of the Red Arm Agency, it is my responsibly to know each and every members capabilities and strengths".
"Understood sir"
That's right, this man here is Yoshio Fuchizaki, the president of the Red Arm Agency, as well as the person beside him, Shigeto Takahashi, the president's assistant.
Just as the two caught the next cab and was about to enter, another man pushed in front of them, instantly opposing Shigeto but not the president.
"Sorry sir but we were here first" Shigeto spoke in a polite way.
"Well I don't care, finders keepers"
"Excuse me— president" Yoshio instandy placed his right armed in front of him and said "I believe you're stealing my cab"
"Well I don't care, I saw it first so I called dibs, now get out of my way" just when the man was about to punch him, he caught his fist with his hand and tossed him to the ground.
"Shigeto, please arrange for this filthy swine to be placed somewhere else so that I never see his face again," as he entered the cab.
"Right away, president," said Shigeto.
Back at the Red Armed Agency, Asami calls everyone for another meeting due to the discussion that she had with Kyoya earlier.
"Now that we're all here, there were some side cases that we've forgotten to discuss earlier," said Asami.
"Side cases, wait, are you saying that we haven't completed Chiaki's case?" Hayate asked.
"More likely, yes, earlier me and Kyoya discussed this matter and we found that the Black Wings are behind this matter".
"Black Wings, who are there?" Chiaki asked.
"The Black Wings is a fierce and savage group that the government is mostly threatened by, they also have gifted powers like us but except they used them for their vicious ways" Kyoya explained.
"I didn't know organizations like that exist," Chiaki said in his head.
"Haruka, do you remember when you and Kyoya spied on Tachikawa that day, you two witnessed him handing the black man galaxy eyes?".
"Yeah, how could I not forget that day, Kyoya made me wear that ugly wig" Haruka whined.
Asami sighs, "what I meant for Haruka to answer is that day when the man in black handed Tachikawa a high amount of yen, Kyoya notices the symbol on his outfit which has the exact same symbol as the Black Wings".
"Which means they're the ones behind, but I don't get Asami, what makes you think it's their doing?, it could be another association?" asked Atsuko.
"Well think about it, Tachikawa gave him a brief case that contain Galaxy Eyes, for ordinary associations he would've given them something else but it had to be galaxy eyes," as Asami explained to everyone, she folds her arms to make herself serious, "and also, the Black Wings is a kind of association who would bribe someone into giving them their targets information, which concludes that their next target is us".
