At night, as dark as the sky, everyone has gone home except for Kurayami who's standing there by the window gazing at the moon. Along with the stars beside the moon that reminded him of his late wife's eyes.

Before he founded Black Wings, he was originally an ordinary citizen working as a dentist for children. He lived with his wife Aoi Miyasaki in a happy and peaceful life until one day she was murdered by the policemen when they accused him of murdering another citizen.

The tragedy of his wife's death, made him grow hatred towards the police department and changed him from a kind and virtuous citizen into a vicious and cruel villain, soon creating the Black Wings to take out every last member of the police department and avenge his wife.

Just after he heaved out a large air, the door instantly made a tapping sound three times, his eyes blinked twice and spoke, "Enter."

The door opened, "Boss, I've arranged for Kinjiro to go to Shirataki Shrine to take out the reinforcements of Arthur Von Beaumont's troops.'' Motojiro slightly bowed to him while avoiding his gaze.

Kurayami quietly spoke, "Good." Just while gazing at the moon.

"Boss, although we've known each other since the day I first came to the Black Wings," as Motojiro's head slowly rose as his eyes looked at him in a calm way, "But there's this question that's have been in my mind after what happened at Ootori Park tonight."

"You may speak out as you like." He smiled gently while remaining in the same position standing perfectly and professionally still, "For tonight I'm just a regular middle-age man admiring the moon."

"When I witnessed the way you and Yoshio Fuchizaki talk to each other, you talk to each other like childhood friends meeting again after a long time." He stepped closer to him with his hand on his hip, "May I ask what is your relationship with him?"

"So you finally asked..." His head turned while his lips moved gently, "I thought that no one in the Black Wing's would ever dare to question this," A quick gasp of air went free from his lungs at the same time while realising a light laugh. "Very well, I'll tell you"

"I've known him for 30 years since we met in middle school." He listened to him explain the whole story, Motojiro stood there soundlessly with his head lowered. "We were very close until one day he left Ritsu to study abroad."

"Then why is it that the two of you look more like rashing rivals rather than long-time friends at Ootori Park?"

"Both the Black Wing's and the Red Armed Agency have been enemies for a long time." As Kurayami's eyes focused on flipping through the files from the past events, "So it's natural that we put on an act in society."

All of a sudden, Motojiro immediately stood still like a stoned statue just as he spoke out his name. He replied in a calm voice, "Anything else?"

He closed the file in his hands like a snap and said, "Everything I've told you tonight is to remain a secret."

"Yes, Boss."

After 15 hours had passed from midnight to afternoon the next day, the president sat there at his desk silently at the same time while lightly tapping on the table. Just when he dazed off into space, the past suddenly appeared 5 hours earlier.

"Enter." replied the president, at the same time Asami comes into the room with a file in her hands.

"This is the information about the Shirataki Shrine you've investigated." She said as the president inspected the photo of the Mayor and a foreign officer shaking hands to each other in front of Shirataki Shrine.
