Zara's POV
This is so scary. I really don't want to do this anymore- why did we agree to do this??? I turn to grab Logan's arm. He's my bestest friend ever.
"Lo, can we please go? I really don't wanna do this no more- this place is really dark and spooky and scary and-" He shakes my hand off and rolls his eyes at me "come on Zara, you said you weren't scared and besides- I really wanna see a ghost!" His eyes light up with excitement when he says that.
I mean a ghost? really? I know I'd be running and screaming my head off if I saw a real live ghost!
"Don't be silly! There aren't no ghosts here! My mummy said they don't exist!" I narrow my eyes at him. Gosh, he really knows how to annoy me.
That's when we hear it.
My eyes widen and Logan grabs to hold onto my arm. So much for ghost hunting. We stay frozen to the spot, too scared to move.
"Y-you heard that too... right?" I stutter. I see Logan nod. Now I was really, really scared! Then it happened again.
We heard another scream but this one sounded different, higher and closer. "RUN!" Logan yells following the scream, up some spirally staircase.
Keegan's POV
I ran into the spooky castle, like a silly goose, and now I'm lost.
I was hiding from my brother and his friends since they're always rude to me and always play mean pranks on me.
Ah! I think a rat ran on my foot- ewwwww. Is it dark outside?I hope not, though... it's really dark in here, and smelly- and dusty, my mum would really get really angry if my room was like this.
She always getting angry- especially when she drinks those weird smelling drinks that she keeps locked in the cupboard under the sink.
It's really cold and- did I just hear someone? I really hope it wasn't Liam, my brother is always scaring me. Ouch, I think I ran into something, yuck- that old chair has a spiderweb on it! What part of the castle am I in?
I really wanna go home, why did I leave my bedroom? I'm so silly. I- freeze. Did someone just scream? Why on earth would someone be in this nasty place? Or what if it's not a someone? What if it's a monster? or worse- my brother?
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" I take of running and screaming up the closest stairs.
Xavier's POV
This place is soooo cool. I can't believe all this junk is just laying about- all for me! I walk out of the living room place and look down the hallway- it's all covered in webs and bugs and rats.
Like out of a movie!
Where should I go next? I hear a creaking sound from somewhere in the castle. Upstairs it is then! I turn right and quietly creep up the stairs.
God, these stairs are loud!
Then, I hear a bark? Was that a bark? What's a dog doing here? OOO, maybe I can keep him and name him rover and we can explore places together?
Ouch! I didn't realize I was walking into a door.
I open it and see someone laying on the floor dead.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Olivia's POV
It might look like I was crying- I wasn't, but Hannah and Megan were really mean today- like everyday. Why do they always pick on me?
