"Oh? You're here too? Did you meet someone outside with the same attitude as you? I would say Kim has an unpleasant attitude, but you're far beyond that. Also, you're stupid and arrogant. You never really know anything. So... What's your business here?" Tankhun grumbled, not looking at Vegas, who was standing nearby, as he obstinately chopped the food on the plate.

Vegas has grown accustomed to his cousin's initial greeting. He tried not to argue, considering his main goal here today is different. His attention was drawn to the young man sitting next to Tankhun, who was supposed to be eating quietly, but he grabbed his attention. "Porsche's brother is also here. I haven't seen you here at the mansion in a long time. Do you and Kim have a problem? I saw him outside a while ago, and he was in a grumpy mood, but don't worry because he's always like that. " He really knows where to get roots to grow—not a tree but a clusterfuck.

Tankhun stood up when he noticed Vegas indirectly insulting Porchay. He will not let it slide. Those terms are derogatory enough. "Don't you ever involve this pure sweetheart in your crazy motives! Everything went smoothly this morning, but when I saw your face today, I started to realise that life isn't all that special."

And again. He is constantly subjected to this scene, the reason he doesn't want to live here. But because of one person, he will endure it all just to see the person who refuses to show himself to him. He set the cutlery down before drinking the water. He's had enough of seeing the same thing, so he decided to go leave. "Uhh... Phi, thank you for the meal; it's just that..."

Tankhun can't bear the thought of letting this kid go without letting him join his ride. "Huh? We haven't had a tea party yet, and we're only 0.2% of the way through Tankhun Theerapanyakul's fantastic journey!"

Hearing this, Vegas rolled his eyes and began to wonder how these bodyguards could handle the Main Family's eldest son when they could just lock him up. He would not choose to be by Tankhun's side for financial reasons. On the other side, Porchay remained silent, hoping to leave very soon. Tankhun made an effort to comprehend him, so he let the young man go with the caveat, "Make sure that you'll come back here next time, or else I won't allow Kinn to be with your older brother, and call me, understand?"

The young man gave a nod. Arm and Pol tried not to laugh at their master as they waved at Porchay, who was now walking down the corridor. "Wait... Pol, go get Porchay, and make sure you return him to their house 100% alive and with all of his body parts intact, okay?"

Vegas didn't wait for Tankhun to refocus his attention on him again, so he went straight to the head of the Theerapanyakul family.

"Phi, you don't have to drive me home." Porchay mumbled. He doesn't like bothering people for no reason other than his own.

Pol looked at him for a second, "But Khun Nu said I had to bring you back alive and with all your body parts intact, or he'll be upset, and I don't want to be his second Alaska like what he did to your brother to become a mermaid in no time."

"But Phi—"

The two of them stopped when a big bike arrived in front of them. Pol blinked twice as Porchay observed the man's movements. He hardly ever blinks. He didn't expect someone other than his older brother Porsche would look so cool riding a big bike! The man raised his brows, which brought them back to reality.

"Good afternoon, Khun Macau." Pol bowed politely, and Porchay quietly wai'd.

Macau took off his sunglasses, which added more coolness upon his arrival. "Have you seen my older brother?"

"He's on—"

"Take me to him; I don't want to meet your Khun Nu without someone dragging him out of my sight."

Porchay takes advantage of this opportunity to leave, but...

"Porchay? Pachara Kittisawasd's only brother, am I right?" Macau extended his hand, which the young man accepted shyly. "Haven't seen you in... 5 months; how did you spend your free time aside from school? I know you're brother is busy now that he has taken my father's throne, but please don't get me wrong with that."

That was so offensive that even Pol reacted to it but said nothing. Porchay wasn't actively listening; instead, he was attempting to reclaim his hand, but Macau doesn't seem to let go. Pol was aware of this but pretended not to notice. Porchay's awkwardness was palpable to him, but he didn't want to interrupt them until Tankhun joined the show with a white owl on his left shoulder.

"Why are you holding Porchay's hands? Can't you see how uncomfortable he is?!" Porchay reacted quickly and tried to reclaim his hand, but Macau refused to let go. Pol was awed when Macau didn't even bat an eye when he was facing his back.

"I was just holding his hands; no ulterior motives at all whatsoever." Macau had finally released the young man's hand and turned to face the elder, smiling sarcastically before entering the house. Porchay was staring at him with interest.

Tankhun rolled his eyes and handed the owl to Pol. "You know what? I'm pretty... unlucky today! Imagine having lunch with Kim and unexpectedly meeting those two annoying, wicked brothers?! I could never!" Arm absentmindedly nodded a couple of times with his mouth open, looking at Macau.

Vegas and Korn were having a deep conversation when Macau walked in. He then wai'd and sat on the chair across from his brother, in front of the head of the main family. Korn paused for a moment.

He had no idea why his brother called, and all he got out of it was listening to them talk about stuff he couldn't care less about, so he grabbed a magazine from the shelf nearby.

Only Vegas was always used throughout such things when their father was still alive, and what his father always and only ordered was for him to finish his studies as valedictorian, just like his older brother, who was also forced by their father's wishes. With that, he knew exactly what he needed to do: follow in their father's footsteps. He also understands how important the title is to their father, so he wants them to graduate so that everyone looks up to them, even if they come from a minor family. He never even told his father face to face, but he promised to do everything he wanted and what was right.

Flipping through the pages, a shot of Porchay holding a guitar caught his eye, but before he could read the context, Korn called his name. He put the magazine back on the shelf, trying to figure out what he was doing here.

"You know how much your father loves what he's doing at that time, don't you?" Hearing the word "father," he couldn't help but bring his hands under the table so he could freely clench them. Vegas noticed what his younger brother was thinking right now, but he remained composed. Vegas doesn't know that he already learned why and how his father's life has ended. His altercation with the former leader of the major family is all for show, and it's because he wants to help his older brother, though he doesn't know what he's thinking." I chose Porsche because I want to see if he can handle things like Kinn and obviously your father do. For so many years, your father didn't fail to handle any major obstacles, and he maintained his position as the head of the minor family. Being Kinn's partner, he must be able to match the standard that I am looking for. I may not elaborate on it because I know you already got the hint."

A goofy grin cracked his lips before politely saying his goodbyes to head out.
