Porchay knew it was time to say goodbye when Porsche took the keys off his table. Once a month isn't enough; maybe he should reconsider his decision after five months of being stubborn. "Do you really need to go back to the minor family's house right now, Phi?" Porchay asked, his fingers running through the softness of his brother's bed.

"I need to go back there to look over some files. I'm sorry for not telling you sooner, but I promise I'll be back," Porsche replied, looking at himself in the mirror while wearing his suit.

Instead of pleading with him not to leave, he chose to remain silent and watch him. He's sitting on his older brother's bed while hugging his two bolsters. He really meant to bring it, as he wants to sleep tonight next to his brother. He hasn't gotten used to being alone in those 5 months, and he knows that he'll be alone again the next day, but it's just too soon, knowing that it's already 10:00 in the evening. It wasn't safe for his older brother to go back to the minor family's house by himself, but he didn't have a choice.

"Phi, can Porchay visit you there sometimes?"

Porsche stopped. He wasn't expecting his brother to suddenly blurt that out. He was the one who begged Porchay to come visit him, but the kid was always unwilling. He smiled and nodded to his younger brother.

"Phi, can I hug you?" Porchay usually hugs him whenever he has to leave for his job, but tonight is different. This is the first time. Porchay will never ask Porsche for a hug; instead, he will hug him without asking. Porsche hugged his brother tightly, who was waiting for his response. As the new head of the minor family, he cannot guarantee that he will remain in that position indefinitely because his life is now constantly in danger.

It's extremely difficult for him to leave his brother and only see him once a month. That is why he initially declined the offer, but because he was truly entrusted with it, he accepted it. Calls and text messages aren't enough. Being constantly present with the person you love is still the best as always. He had accepted the job, which meant there was no turning back. He has to follow the rules. He tries to convince himself that everything is fine and his brother is far from trouble.

He gently strokes Porchay's hair, "You can sleep here whenever you want."

Yet the young man shakes his head. Porchay spends the majority of his time sleeping in this room, which he once described as cosier than his own. He wasn't sure whether or not this kid was telling the truth because Porchay was laughing at the time.

"I'd better not, Phi; what's the point of sleeping here without you anyway?" He tried to keep a normal voice, although he was about to cry. He didn't want anyone to see how frail he was.

Porsche hugged him goodbye before heading outside. Porchay turned off the lamp and went after his older brother with his two bolsters.

Porchay went inside after closing the gate. He returned to his room and placed his bolsters back on his bed. He pulled three notebooks from his bag and started reading them while lying on his bed. He doesn't need to go over all of the topics again since he has already covered them prior to the start of their first semester.

"Still, I need to study very hard."

He brushed his teeth 30 minutes after eating breakfast, and his alarm clock went off at 5:30 a.m. Alarm is something he claims to hate. He usually sets an alarm clock to wake him up every morning, but when he does so, the alarm clock does not ring. Regrettably, if he wakes up right before the alarm, the alarm clock does ring. This scene plays out every morning.
