Babysitting For A Demon

Chapter 3

"Um I need to stop somewhere please." Brittany says after they have been driving for thirty minutes.

"We are almost home, can you wait to stretch your legs for ten more minutes."

"I need to use the restroom." She says to him.

"I'll stop at the gas station up the road."

"Thanks." She tells him as she gets back in the car. "So can you tell me a bit about the kids?"

"Listen I'm going to level with you. You already know the kids, they where my sisters kids. My sister was one of you references."

"Who?"

"Danielyn Wolfe."

"Kyle and Kaylie, I can not wait to see the two of them again. Why do you have them and not Danie?"

"Danielyn was killed about three months ago in a car accident. With me being the only living relative the kids came to me. Home sweet home." He says as he pushes a button to open a gate.

"Uncle Daniel, we missed you." Both the kids say together. Then they see Brittany they both scream. "Brittany, what are you doing here, are you our new nanny?"

"Yes, and I missed you two so much."

"Kids you should be in bed by now. Off with you both. Brittany I will help you get your things to your room."

"Night Brittany and Uncle Daniel." The kids say as they start towards the stairs.

"I will be in to tuck you guys in just as soon as I get Brittany all moved into her room." He tells them.

"Can Brittany come too?"

"Well that is up to her."

"I will see you two in just a bit." She tells them then looks at her new boss. He motions her to follow him out to the car and they both grab a couple of boxes then she follows him back into the house and up to a room.

"Now, we should go tuck two little ones into their beds." He says she nods her head and follows him to their rooms.
