Parker's pov

I walk over to jug

"hey I heard about the drive in how are you holding up" I say

"not good it's my home well anyways can I count on you to be there for closing night" jug says

"you can count me in" I say smiling at him.

Me, Kevin, betty, veronica and jug were at pops jug was talking about the drive in closing then archie, grundy and fred walked in betty walks up to them and her and archie walked outside

I knew that my brother knew what was happening we all did

I asked him he whispered to me "she knows"

my face went pale "shit" I thought to myself and then veronica walked out after them.

I walk out of pops and I walk over to cheryl

"hey cheryl" I say

"shhh do you see that behind the dumpster Parky" Cheryl says

"n-" I look it's my father talking to Hermione it looks like they are arguing

"oh yeah now I see it" I say frowning

"well I better get going bye cheryl" I say quickly wanting to get out of here as soon as I could

"bye Parky" cheryl says

I get on my bike and ride off.

After the drive in I went home and dad was there

"umm dad why where you and Hermione lodge behind a dumpster at pops arguing" I ask

he paused and says "how do you know that"

"I was there and saw it" I say

"it is my business not yours stay out of it" he says getting angry

"mabye I will go somewhere else be like jug and leave you here all alone if I dont get the right to know" I say he gets angry and punches the wall but not hard enough to make a hole

"mabye that's good" he says starting to rase his voice

"I was joking but if you want I will go and never ever talk to you again" I say nearly crying

"JUST GO TO YOUR ROOM" he shouts I run to my room crying.

Kevin set up a murder wall just like the one his dad had before it was trashed and we talked about the case then trev walked in

"hey betty" trev says nervously

"trev hi" betty says smiling at him

"sorry to Interrupt but" trev says

"oh no it's ok were just working on" betty says

"murder board" jug says

"well I just wanted to make sure we are still on for tomorrow" trev says

"absolutely it's a date" betty says.

I looked to jug I could tell jug was getting a little jealous

me and Kevin gave a look at each other

"I mean I will see you there bye" betty says

"cya" trev says blushing,

it was awkward between them two after she said that

"oh so it's a date" I say sarcastically and smile she laughs a bit

"it's not like that" she says
