Parker's pov
I woke up and looked in the mirror on my desk to see my hair and I put my hands to my mouth I had forgotten all about my hair
I quickly recovered and did my make up and changed the bandage on my stomach and arm, my cheek was almost completely healed Because it wasn't that deep
I looked in my closet and pick out a black long sleeve shirt and a black baggy band shirt and black ripped Jean's and slipped on my boots
I put my bangs in a slight curl and I leave the rest of my hair normal just brushing it
I but my normal small hoop earrings in and I walked out of my room
My dad was sitting on the couch and looked at me surprised
"Nice hair pj" he says smiling it seemed forced a little
"Thanks dad I've gotta go see you later" I walk out the door clicking my helmet on and hop on my bike driving off to school
The reaction I got was mostly good currently surprise I dont think people expect dark purple hair out of the blue
Later on im in the lounge with Betty and Kevin as reggie was talking so loud everyone could hear but I couldn't care what about, all he does is talk shit
than out of the blue my ears perk as I hear him have the audacity to say it was my brother who killed Jason
"shut it reggie" I say he turns to me
"and why would I do that, do you think it was him Parker?" reggie asked me the most stupid question ever
"no jughead wouldn't so shut it" I say giving him a warning look
"or did you and your brother kill him together" reggie says I was getting pissed off with reggie so I punched him as hard as I could
"shut up reggie" he barges towards me but archie steps in front of me and they start to punch each other and me and jug try to stop it but Mr. Weatherbee steps in
"you four my office now" he says
"what is the matter with you four I expected better from you all, don't let this happen again, you all have Detention" he says
after school I get on my bike and drove home getting ready for the football rally
When it was time I drove to the football rally and I did the vixen dance and the Bulldogs came out then all of a sudden Cheryl's running off crying
I run after her all the way to the girls change rooms as I open the door I find her crying sitting on a bench I comfort her
"Jason was supposed to come back" cheryl says
"what like you lied to the sheriff about the story" I ask confused she nods I hug her tight reassuring her that I am here for her
veronica comes in and also comforts her
betty was at the frame of the door looking at Veronica.
I pack up and betty and veronica asks me if I want to go to pops with them I say yes I've got nothing else to do.
"Now betty let's make a promise that no boy will ever come between us again" veronica says
"okay" betty says we start to drink our drinks and then archie and my brother came in
"you guys want to join us" betty asks
"sure only if you are treating" jug says we laugh
"veronica lodge" veronica says
"jughead Jones the third" jug says
"so you are Parker's"
"twin" I finish
"Im the better one" he says making me roll my eyes and i stick my tongue out.
To someone on the outside peering in there would of looked like there was five people in that booth but I was there and I can tell you there was only four a blonde girl, a raven haired girl, a dark purple haired girl and the luckiest redheaded man in the universe for one shining moment we were just kids those bright neon lights at pops keeping the darkness at bay giving way as all nights must to a morning of reckoning.
