The next morning the sun seeped through the sheer light blue curtains that Kyubey had hung in her apartment. Dabi groaned softly, stirring in his sleep as he slowly woke. When he woke he was slightly confused on why it was still dark until he sat up to find that he had buried his head into Kyubey's chest while they slept. Kyubey had brought down pillows and blankets to sleep with him.
The young girl was still sleeping peacefully. Laid out on her back most of the way her left arm laid above her head resting against the floor. She had been wearing a white and baby pink stripped button up shirt that had come undone slightly due to their positions.
His eyes roamed over her and he couldn't help himself as he reached up, brushing his thumb across her cheek gently. "You didn't have to sleep on the floor idiot." he whispered, his eyes dark when she snuggled further into him, hiding her face in his chest, her hands on his lower abdomen. Her nails dug in and he bit his lip, hiding his face in her neck and nipping at the soft skin there.
"Doll." he murmured, smirking when she shuddered against him. "Baby.." he whispered and Kyubey whined in annoyance, her brows scrunched in confusion. "What?" she mumbled tiredly and he chuckled, leaving light kisses down her neck and causing her eyes to open immediately.
She did not expect the position they were in, her eyes widening further when she looked down to see that she was clinging to him almost like a child, her legs around his waist and her hands pressed against chest. His eyes were dark as he stared down at her but he was smiling smugly, a brow raised.
"You're clingy in your sleep." he said and she shrieked, ripping herself out of his hold. Dabi grunted and laughed as he looked up at her, sitting up and stretching. Her eyes followed his movements and his smirk widened. "I didn't mean to..I just didn't want to leave you on the floor by yourself." she squealed and he chuckled.
"You didn't have to. I didn't mind being left alone but..you were very comfortable. Better than a regular pillow." he said and her face burned when his eyes darted to her chest unashamedly before going back to her face. "I..you.." she stuttered, not sure if she should be offended or take that as a compliment. Either way her heart was going crazy.
"That's not the point! I'm not gonna let a guest sleep on the floor. And you're too heavy for me to move you to my guest room." she grumbled and Dabi snickered. "Uh huh. Or you're just short."
Kyubey tossed a pillow at his face but he caught it quickly, tossing it back at her and causing her to glare half heartedly toward him. "I'm gonna make breakfast..I think I have enough.." she mumbled more to herself than Dabi and his eyes couldn't help but wonder to her long legs as she passed.
She was in nothing but a large shirt and it wasn't good for his imagination.
Those legs were just wrapped around him and now he wanted them up as he held her against the counter and-
"Touya?"
His mouth felt dry and he breathed out as he stared at her. "What?" he muttered and she tilted her head. "What do you want for breakfast?" she asked for what must have been the second time and he shook his head, trying to get rid of the lewd image he imagined. "Uh..anything is fine. I like bacon and eggs." he responded and Kyubey smiled. "Okay."
She began to cook and his eyes never strayed from her.
Leah never cooked for him even if he had cooked for her days before. They didn't do couple stuff like that anymore. But he could see Kyubey and him doing so much more.
It was somewhat annoying because they had just met and he was already feeling a crush coming on. He sighed and yawned, standing up and stretching before taking a seat at the counter. Kyubey turned to look at him, making a face when she thought about the conversation she had with Mina the night before.
