After the boys played they walked off stage alongside Corey. They went backstage where they got their instruments and other eqipment tooken off. "You guys were great!" Corey says patting all the boys on their backs. Corey was always supportive and always helpful with the boys music. She was basically like their music mentor Jake's own words he said to her.
"Thanks you were great too Corey just when you and Josh both hit those notes it's phenomenal" Sam says making Corey smile.
"Thanks but don't mention it Sammy" Corey says. It was quiet for second until Corey spoke up again.
"Hey guys me, my mom, and the rest of Fleetwood were thinking of just staying here hanging out with a campfire so what do you say, you guys in?" Corey asks. The boys respones where all nods and smiles.
"Of course we would love to lead the way Corinna!" Josh says slinging his arm around the girl's shoulder as they walked making the others follow behind.
They walked towards the tour bus Fleetwood came in where the band was. Lindsey smiles and motions Stevie to look behind her. Stevie turns and smiles seeing Corey with the boys tagging alongside her.
"Boys I didn't know you were here!'' Stevie says pulling Josh in a hug and then going all one by one giving each boy a hug.
"Neither did we but hey here we are Corey invited us to this campfire!'' Josh says. Stevie turns to her daughter with a smile on her face.
"Well of course we don't mind at all more on the house!" Stevie says with a soft smile. The boys all smiled and went their own ways by sitting next to the fire. They were all far away from the artists that were playing at the festival which gave them this quiet ambience besides from the fire crackling and the small talk both bands had with eachother. Until Lindsey brought up his gutair in his lap. He talked to Josh and he agreed on something they both agree on.
"Hey Corey you got any song recommaenions?" Lindsey asked. Corey turned pulling away from her conversation with her mother. She thought for a moment until she then came up with one.
"Witchy Women By Eagles" Corey replies.
"Nice choice" Sam says. Sam and Jake got their acoustic gutairs. Sam sat next to Josh in an empty seat while Jake sat at the empty seat next to Lindsey. Christine brought out her tambourine and sat in the middle between the men as they then started to play the song.
"Raven hair and ruby lips Sparks fly from her fingertips Echoed voices in the night She's a restless spirit on an endless flight" Josh sings as the others started to play their instruments along with him. Corey stood and watched them play with a smile on her face as she slowly swayed her body side to side.
"Woo-hoo, witchy woman See how high she flies Woo-hoo, witchy woman She got the moon in her eyes" Josh sang as the others also sang backing vocals for the chorus.
''She held me spellbound in the night Dancing shadows and firelight Crazy laughter in another room And she drove herself to madness with a silver spoon'' Corey stood there beside her mother watching the group. A butterflies filled her stomach as the way she saw Jake played the guitar. She loved the way he looked as she watched him.
"You know Jake likes you right?" Danny spoke as he approached the young womens side. Corey turned her head at him looking dumbfounded like he lost his mind. "What n-no there's no way" Corey nervous chuckles. "Oh come on Corey have you seen the way he looks at you? The way he touches you? You cannot tell me that is saying a sign" Danny confirms. Corey looks back at the boy who was playing guitar with a smile. The man she always gawks at. Her face heats up beside from being close to a fire as the heat and smoke was floating around the air.
''Woo-hoo, witchy woman See how high she flies Woo-hoo, witchy woman She got the moon in her eyes'' Josh sang as the others sang the melodies. Corey softly whistles along to the song mostly to get her mind off of what her friend just said to her. Jake and Lindsey both played the solo acoustically as they smile and laugh at each other. Jake looks over Corey not taking his eyes off of her. The faint voice of his twin brother Josh echoes in his head as he kept playing but still looked over at the "raven haired girl"
