• I'm ngl he doesn't understand why ur like that lmfao

• He thinks he's scaring you so he tries to stay away and be extra sweet towards you at first

• But then he sees you being all talkative and chill around your other friends and lowkey gets offended

• Like,, why only him?

• He whines to Nene about it and she has to explain how you're a little bit shy

• "Well, obviously. But why me? I'm not intimidating! I really thought I made a good impression on them!"

• "Hanako you chased Kou around with your knife the first day you met them. That's not called making a good impression."

• Hanako still didn't get why you were like that, but made an attempt to get closer to you

• He would be sure to shush everyone when things got too roudy or loud when needed so you didn't get overwhelmed and did his best to not scare you off

• It was unusual, to say the least, to see him being so soft and gentle towards someone right off the bat

• Kou and Nene watched from the side as Hanako would initiate the conversation and allow you to ramble on about your interests, never interrupting once

• He just watched with a soft smile

• You eventually got used to his company and let your "walls" down

• Hanako was happy to see more of your personality and how comfortable you'd gotten with all of them

• Anyways he really liked your personality and your voice now that he'd heard it n yeah

• He goes out of his way to hang out with you and really only you

• Like separate little hangouts because you're not a social person and all that

• And you really appreciate the gesture

• Cuz he's so kind and sweet because he doesn't wanna scare you but once you're all chill he's back to normal

• When he like,, confesses n shit,, he makes sure it's secluded and all that

• Soo I'm really bad at writing for this fucker but I imagine him doing a little stargazing date after school and he scoots close to you, asks if he can tell you something and just whispers that he loves you
