Chapter Twenty-Five

Precap - Neil got to know his biological mother was admitted to the hospital.

Sitting on a bench outside the hospital, Ameer's words keep running through my mind.

"Neil?" Aarohi placed her hand on Neil's shoulder seeing him zoned out.

I looked at her, "Yeah?" I asked slowly." From the way my voice sounded, I'm sure she knew.

"You couldn't accept it right?" She asked. I nodded at her.

After a long time, I finally met her but this has to happen now. Why not after 30 years I don't know! But just not now!

Selfish?  I don't care!

*Flashback*

"She got cancer," Ameer said looking down at the floor.

Neil just stared at Ameer, Cancer?

"We tried many ways, all the treatments that can treat cancer, however, it's her last stage and she doesn't want any treatments. " Breathing out a deep breath, Ameer laid back in the chair and looked at Neil.

"She only wanted one.

You." He said. Neil looked at him, his eyes teared up even in her last moment she wanted me.

"So I searched about you at the orphanage mom left you. Founded you were adopted by Birla's.ni wanted to meet you straight away but didn't know how you would react.

So I try to find someone who I can get through them to you. And at last, I did find one." Saying it Ameer looked at Aarohi, Neil followed his gaze and saw chipkali talking with the doctor.

"I heard and did see you two being close, so I decided to meet her and talk about this matter. At first, she refused, not wanting to get into this matter. But after visiting mom and hearing the whole story she accepted to help."

After finishing the whole story, Ameer and Neil looked at Aarohi and both smiled.

*End of Flashback*

"It's okay Neil. What's gone is gone. Now you should spend more time with her and make good memories. No one knows better than you." She said looking into my eyes. I just stared into hers.

True, Neil Birla always makes a way whenever there's any hurdle.

Looking up, at the blue sky with clouds I smiled brightly. Taking a deep breath, I looked at Aaru with a knowing smile. She smiled back, then both of us walked inside the hospital.

It's been more than months, I have been visiting mom quite often. Mom? Yeah, she's my mom so is Manjiri maa. After parking my bike, I walk into the hospital. Halfway, I met Ameer and we both walked towards mom room talking with each other.

When I opened the door and went in, we both were shocked to see the person. We didn't expect this will happen.

The moment the door opened, I saw Neil and Ameer, they looked very shockingly at me. Well, so did I when I saw them. I mean, what are they doing here?

"Neil, tum yaha?..." I asked him, not replying, I saw his facial color changing. He looked mad and Ameer the guy had a disgusting kind of look seeing me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked coldly to him. He looked offended because of my tone. Well, guess what, I don't care! 

"Neil, main yaha Avni se mille aiya" He said looking at mom with a lovely look.
