[' is for thoughts, " is speaking]

This is it, you think as you start to feel cold. I failed then. I failed them all.

I feel some sort of pressure on my main body. I cough blood as I practically sit up and lie back down. "I'm so sorry, I hope you can forgive me for getting you all bloody." I claim.

I see the remaining classmate in tears. "Comm'un now, yah hav ta stay awake!" Teruya exclaims. I try my hardest to look into his eyes ... it has so much hope in them. I did not want to hurt them like this. "W-why am I getting punished" I call out the psychotic demon that controls the strings of our fates, "W-what did I do wrong?" Everyone in the room gets confused at this action that was just committed, looking at the demon for answers. "Phuh huh huh why nothing of course, except to plunge you into despair!" it exclaims.

The room is plunged into silence, and there was so much tension. All that could be heard is tears hitting the floor.

"Yuki," I call out, breaking both the silence and the strange tension. "I forgive you for the past" ... "and I don't blame you for the present." He asks, "What do you mean about that" He seemed so lost at what I meant by that.

I laughed; it sounded so dark and cynical.

I look up and see Kinjo trying to hold pressure on my pierced torso. We look into each other's eyes. We both know I won't make it.

I look around at the others, looking into their eyes; many are filled with guilt, including Rei's; why are her eyes filled with guilt? How strange... and ... unexpected

"I ... am ... sorry" I cry out.
"I always loved you [REDACTED], like a sibling ... it hurts, I don't want to go" '... But it's calling to me. I hope it stops hurting.' "I-I'm ... Sorry ..." and I took my last breath

I violently lurch forward, smacking my head against a solid item. 'Huh? why would I hit something solid in front of me? I slept on the concrete facing away from the wall. Did I turn to face the wall?' I open my eyes and see that I wasn't on the streets. In fact, all I see is walls in the dark. "NOO!" I pound my fist against the wall in front of me, "... Dammit, I can't help them like this!" I look at my arms and see that some of the scars that I gained before when I was at least 13 were gone. I try and feel around the box I am in and try pushing against it.

I hear a boyish voice from outside, "Crap, people are coming ... Gotta get a uniform while ..." The box starts to shake, "Grrrr ... This lid is too heavy." The voice continues, "Time for my secret move Gwuhahaa!" A bunch of blue fire licks under the seams inside; I panic, trying to climb the walls of this box I'm in, and then the lid opens up. I look around the room more and see that there are a bunch of floating coffins in a room being lit by floating green lanterns/candles. I fall to the floor letting my arms catch my body, and I see a black/dark grey cat with a trident-shaped tail and blue tuffs of fire around the ear. He states excitedly, "Alright! This is what I need!" He then realizes and shouts, "AHHHHHHH! You?! Why are you awake???!!!"

I shout, "What the hell! A talking ... tanuki???" The creature looks offended, "I'M NOT a tanuki; I'm the Great Grim, the greatest mage in the world, you know?" It looks like he remembers what he was trying to do in the first place and demands, "Whatever, you... you... weird-looking human! Gimme those clothes, now!". "Or if you don't ... I will burn you up into cinders!" I look down and see that I was wearing this,

I will burn you up into cinders!" I look down and see that I was wearing this,
