Cover : 3/5

Title : 5/5

"Perfect fit for the genre (spiritual fiction if I'm not mistaken) and it's in two languages which is a nice touch."

Blurb : 2/5

"It's more of an extract from the book, I would suggest maybe adding a bit more."

Opening hook : 4/5

"Pretty decent, but as the author said, it gets better as you read lol."

Narration : 4.5/5

"Okay, it is a bit messy at some points (writing a book in two languages is not an easy task) but you handle it pretty well. I gave a high score since I really like the commentary as we read. It reminds me of an episode of a show which is a cool creative choice."

Grammar, punctuation, quotation etc. : 2/5

"Now, in the first chapter it is pretty good, however, later chapters are missing quotation marks so that would be my editing suggestion."

Plot or theme : 4/5

"While it does go a bit slowly and at some points feels a bit like slice of life-ish, it was pretty good. I like how you mix your culture, religion and even hint romance all in one and still make it feel like it all belongs in the book. I got to actually learn stuff haha so that was fun."

Characters : 4/5

"They still need some development, but I gave it a 4 because I just love Doll, she is such a funny kid and jeez she sure has some attitude hahahah."

Character interactions : 5/5

"Okay, I think this is your strongest point. Interaction are very entertaining and I think they feel so fitting for the culture you are representing. My favorite interactions are those between Doll and her uncle."

Descriptions : 3/5

"I think they can be a bit better, but overall, they do the job."

Dialogue : 5/5

"Because of how well you write dialogue between kids and family members, I gave it a 5. It really does feel like a real family talking. :) "

Writing style : 3/5
