I was so stressed out at work,first off my head hurts, and there's so much paperwork to be filled.

I thought having multiple dental clinics would be good but it's not. Plus we're understaffed because I keep having to fire people.

I hate when people I become friends with cross the barrier between work and personal.

I had to let 2 male go because of their attraction to me that Zac didn't like, neither did I.

And I had to let about 5 of my female work friends go because they cross the line when it comes to me.

I told one of my work friends, Vanessa, about Zac and I's relationship and she told the whole staff.

I had to let her go because I didn't appreciate that, I understand you shouldn't tell people your business.

However Nessa and I have been working together since I opened my second clinic, I genuinely called her a friend.

It's just becoming to much, "Knock Knock," I looked up to see my assistant. "Yes Miranda?"
"Mr.Taylor is here to see you."

I nodded, "Let him in," I told her and she nodded before leaving, soon after Zac came in with some flowers.

I smiled and thanked him, I didn't get up so he came over and gave me a kiss. "What's the matter?"

I looked over at him as he sat on the couch in my office, I took a deep breath. "I'm stressed out." I admitted.

"I try to make it seem like I have this under control but truth is I'm really fucking stressed." I started to become emotional.

"Oh baby," he came over, he lifted me up and sat down placing me on his lap. I cried on his shoulder as he rubbed my back.

"Baby You're stressing yourself out because you think you have to do it all and you don't!" He lectured.

"Get some partners baby, you can't do it all. You're a full time obstetrician, you can run 6 clinics by yourself 24/7 then be in a committed relationship."

He was right, before Zac and I got together I was handling it ignoring all my stress and sleepless night but now it's hard.

I have to make sure we're secure and my jobs are doing good. "Miranda is good for it, promote her to manager."

I nodded, I love Miranda and I know she'll truly do good for my company so why not? "Okay,"

"And the same for the other 4, not Angel. Her ass barely come to work." We both laughed, Angel is my assistant at #6

I have Miranda for this one #2, George assists me at #1, Janae assists me at #3, Angel assists me at #6, Heather for #4 and Stacy for #5.

They all are good with what they do and they want to be promoted so why not. "I don't feel like going to everyone and promoting each."

He shrugged, "Send a group text and just tell the one here," I nodded, I pressed the speaker and called for Miranda.

"Yes Ms.Wilson?" She came immediately, her office was on the side behind mines, I couldn't just knocked on her window.

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm promoting you to manager of this facility." Her face lit up.

"I trust you and I trust that you will do well with everyone here, I will have a meeting this Saturday to announce it."

"For your last task as assistant im going to need you to book a hall to fit atleast 200 people, im promoting all of the AS."

"Omg okay that's great, thank you so much!" She was so excited, "No problem, you're dismissed." I sent her a smile.

"Now you can text all the other ones and say the same." Zac told me and I grabbed my phone.

His personality is everything, "I swear," Zac shook his head, "I hate this hoe!" I laughed again reading Angel's message.

"She probably high asl as she typed that," I agreed, her ass get high any time of day but I love her.

I couldn't help but feel like a weight was lifted. "Thanks for this baby," I kissed Zac's cheek, "I got you baby!"
