Part 1 Chapter 13

  You were in a deep sleep on shadow's couch. As you sleep, you were presented with images in your head of the past and the future of this planet with the people in it. Many which involved sonic and his friends that you have not met yet except for tails and shadow. The last image you saw was you laying on the ground while everyone was calling your name. Suddenly there was darkness but that suddenly changed when you see 7 emeralds in different colors glowing around you in mid air. Of course that left you curious and confused. You went over to touch one of them. As you made physical contact with one of them, a bright light has filled the room blinding you.

  Y/N's Point Of View

  I woke up from a bizarre reality dream and noticed that I am on a couch that I never seen before. Scratch that, I am in a new environment that I never seen before. Then suddenly I felt information flooding into my brain that I never knew before. After taking a minute to understand this sudden information I began to understand that I am in shadow's house. I checked around me to my relief I found Kururu next to me on the couch pretending to be a plush once more. I yawn and sat up on the couch. Being in a warm fuzzy blanket feels like cloud nine as I lean back with a big smile on my face. I heard foot steps behind me as it was getting closer. I see shadow went over and sat next to me.

  "Hello Y/N, how was your nap?" He asked.

  "It was well, thank you for caring." I replied.

"Do you remember what happened before you fell asleep?" Shadow asked.

"I do. Did I do something wrong?" I replied.

"Not at all, can you explain to me what exactly happened at tails' house?" He asked.

"Oh. I used too much of my brain power to function normally." I replied.

"What?" Shadow asked confused.

"Let me explain; average humans use only 10 percent of their brains. While me on the other hand use more than 10 percent of my brain to function normally and be presentable in front of others. I instantly fall asleep when my brain runs out of energy. I know it is very random like you witness at Tails' house." I embarrassingly reply.

"To be honest I never met or heard a human with that kind of condition before. Do you just drop to the ground when you run out of energy to function? Like have you slept on the road or sidewalk before?" He asked worriedly.

"Yes my body instantly drops to the ground. I have slept on a side walk before. How I managed to survive this long? I have no idea." I embarrassingly reply. Shadow looked at me with shock. He took my hand gently and looked at me softly.

Shadow's Point Of View

I can't believe that she suffered so much from her health condition and her peers. Did she suffered at home too? Did she suffered all alone with no one to lean on? It is a damn miracle that she is still alive. I don't understand why her peers would target her. I don't know anything about her but my gut tells me to protect her. Normally my instincts would not be this way with strangers unless I was instructed by G.U.N. for missions. For some reason I am drawn to her. But I must find out if she was responsible for the robot glitching.

"Y/N, before we discuss about your experience on earth, there is something I need to know. Did you destroyed the robot that sonic, tails, and I were facing today?" I asked. She stayed quiet. She looked at me for long time and then she looked down. She remained quiet. She looked as if she didn't know how to answer the question.

  "I guess it can't be helped." A random voice said. I didn't even saw Y/N's mouth move. Which means that wasn't her who spoked. I immediately got defensive.

"Who are you?! Show yourself!" I demanded. Suddenly I saw Y/N's plush on top of her head. I don't usually get startled however I didn't expect this.

  "Hello shadow, I am Y/N's assistant. My name is kururu." Said the doll. A talking doll!? I haven't seen one since I discovered the tails doll years ago.

"Since you really think Y/N is responsible for destroying that robot, i will answer your question for her. So she did in fact destroy that robot using her psychic abilities." The doll answered.

"Psychic abilities? I never met a human with psychic abilities. But each psychic powers is different and unique depending on the person. What can she do and was she born with them?" I asked.

  "She can see all points of time, see the dead, read minds, and use her mind to achieve any physical activity such as destroying things and move objects." Kururu replied. That is more than silver can perform. " however she never told me how she got those abilities in the first place so I don't know if she was born with them or not."

  I look at her, hoping that she would open up to me. I am afraid of getting close to others. I don't want anyone else to die in front of me like what happened to Maria. But if I let go of Y/N, she may get hurt by others.

  "I wasn't born with these abilities. I gained these powers after I got hit by a car. Ever since then I am no longer a fool. I knew who and what to avoid." Y/N answered.

  "How?" I asked.

  "I am unsure. I just wished really hard to live and to not be blinded by others." She replied.

  "Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

  "People don't like different. Different scares others." She answered.

  "I'm not scared of you Y/N. Are you scared of me?" I asked.

  "I am not scared of you. I think being different is a good thing. I can understand complicated things better than any human being so I guess that's why I'm not scared of anything that different from me or similar to me." She said.

  "That is good to hear because you are officially living here with me until we can get you back to your home planet. I hope that you will enjoy your stay here." I replied.
