"what? mom I cant just marry a random man!" you burst out in anger towards  your mother          " but sweetie its not a random man its lee know your classmate remember?" "yea I remember but do you remember the part where he bullied me?" you asked and your mom looked down guiltily " please can you do this for us? you know our company will be doomed" you mom asked sincerely. " how long will this last?" you asked giving up any hope of convincing your mom. "until the company becomes stable" she asked with starts in her eyes. " will you do it?" she asked "yes" you said sighing.

so here you were 4 months later moving into lee know 's house. and no he does not love you in any way, not that you wanted him to but a smile wouldn't hurt him right? he's being giving you the cold shoulder since the day both of your families agreed to the marriage and you being you ignored him.  you knocked on the door and met lee know ."morning" he simply said and welcomed in . He made you sit down and sign a bunch of papers "what's it for?" you asked.          " rules and regulations in and out of this house that you must maintain. i'll tell you the key points. rule no. 1 we mind our business and no peeking into each others personal life, rule no. 2 you will act like my wife only during outings and business meetings, rule no. 3 don't expect me to support you financially so go find a job remember I don't have any benefit from this marriage." he explained in the most bossy way. I just nodded. and went to sleeping cursing lee know every second of my existence at this point. 

you woke up the next day and got ready to find a job you had breakfast on your way at a cafe because lee know does not allow you to use his kitchen. you then went to first interview of that day and .... you didn't get the job you then you tried for 6 more jobs but you got rejected all 6 times. when you were finally over it was 6:00pm which was pretty late the sky was dark with a million tiny stars . you got on the metro and stared into the distance  you passed through han river and it glistned under the moonlight. you got off your station and walked home since it was only a few feet away. you walked feeling absolutely disapointed in yourself . well you could've join your fathers company but you refuse to listen to them any longer. you were so into blaming yourself that you didn't notice a sly hand around your waist. you instantly snapped and moved immediately. " what's the matter sweet heart you look  lonely " the man said in a drunken tone. " leave me alone" you said terrified and ran only to your hand being held by the drunk man "I said leave me alone!" you screamed " but sweet heart.." he began only to be interrupted by lee know? " didn't you her the lady? leave her alone!" he said coming in front of you "what are you his boyfriend or something?" the drunk man asked getting even closer to you. "i'm her husband bastard!" lee know shouted as he send punches onto the man's stomach. after he was done you looked at him like he was your hero. "I know i'm handsome don't need to stare at me" he said jokingly. you cleared your throat. "um i- thank you for now" you thanked him "hm" he replied. "ill take you to work, tell me when your shift is over ill pick you up" he said making you stare at him in surprise. the lee know offered to help? you couldnt believe your ears. "what?" he asked after seeing you stare at him in disbelief. " just wondering where the old lee know went". "hey I just wanted to help okay? your parents left me to take care of you after all I just don't want to be called irresponsible" he said as both of you walked towards his home.
