Galadriel's Pov
"Sauron," I whispered as I whipped my head round to face him. "I see you have crafted some very impressive armour in my absence and the tower seems to be exceeding our predicted time." He stepped closer and inspected every detail of my armour and caressed it gently with his fingertips. His hand then slid upwards towards my face and cupped it with his coarse palms now gripping the side of it. He pulled me closer and our lips collided, creating fireworks between us and a passion that had been long withheld burst from within me. His other hand clutching my hair and pulling me towards him. I pulled away and we rested our heads together, smirking to each other.
"We must see to the matters at hand, my Queen," he spoke as we left each others grips, "Now you and I may both strike fear into the hearts of our enemies, internally and externally."
"How pleasurable, to finally be seen as something other than a lady, but as a warrior." I growled at him, back when I still believed that I had to fight for 'my people' I was seen merely as a woman. A trophy to be won and forced to bear children until I am no longer young and beautiful. I forced my way into command and took a hold of my own destiny. Wishing, hoping, dreaming to be seen as a great commander, someone to be respected, not because of my family name, but my deeds. But they all thought of me still as feeble and deluded, when it was they, for failing to see the bigger picture. Failing to see the true intent of their 'enemies' rather than following me and accepting their mistakes. Too proud to bow down to a woman, a Queen ruling equally side by side with her King.Their minds had so easily been tricked into believing the idiocy of the fact there is only good and evil. I would not be the root of evil, no I would be just and strong. They would have a Queen, not dark but beautiful and terrible as the dawn, treacherous as the seas, stronger than the foundations of the earth, all shall love me and despair. Well, at least if they resisted me.
"My King and Queen," snarled an orc, "a hoard of men stand just beyond the border."
"How exciting," I said, "Shall we go have some fun together?" We strode out with a small platoon of orcs behind us and glimpsed through the fog to see around one hundred men slowly marching towards us in the distance. Sauron had taken his mace and I my sword, we were fully clad in dark armour, helmets on and fists clenched. Every step we took, we grew closer to their measly excuse of an army. How pitiful, they believed they actually stood a chance. Not long after, we were now mere feet away from each other, their so called leader glaring at us and doing his best to act calm, even though he looked as if he was about to scream like a little girl and make a run for it."Speak man," bellowed Sauron, "what is your purpose here?"
"I-I-I, We," he stuttered,
"I suggest you make good use of your tongue, instead of sounding like you are freezing to death, otherwise you won't be needing it much longer," I interrupted. The man swallowed his words and spoke again, with fear in his voice. "We have come to regain the land of the South men and to destroy the evil lurking here."
"You couldn't have been more inventive?"
"What?"
"Whilst I've been alone here, we've had countless attacks, all because of the same idea, this is why men don't rule kingdoms, because they are too stupid to come up with anything original."
"What happened to them?"
"They died the most painful deaths imaginable."
"Then we shall be different from them, for we will not die!"The army charged at us, screaming in victory, but soon in terror. Sauron merely swung his mace once and they flew backwards, half of them dead and some injured, the others were still charging and I brandished my sword. I sliced though their limbs, through their skulls and their muscles. I decapitated, crippled, severed so many, blood splattered everywhere, dripping from their lifeless bodies. One after the other they died and they had all been dismembered or crushed in a manner of minutes. Unmoving, except for one, the leader of their small uprising, I waltzed over to his jerking body and put my foot upon him, "What happened to we shall not die?" I asked before driving my sword through his skull, cracking it in half, standing above now what was his corpse.
