A challenge for Ellis

My last day as a student at Seattle Grace Elementary

A week has passed since I got the horrible news, my mom dropped me and Bailey off in the usual spot at our school. "Remember, you 2, today is the day you clean out your desks and bring home all your supplies". Bailey nodded and waved goodbye at her. I was not excited about this day, I was dreading it for a week now. My friends were all really sad watching me clean out my desk. "Ellis, why do you have to go"? Skye asked me. Skye was my number 1 bff at school. "I wish I didn't, I hate the idea as much as you do" I said in a very sad tone. I continued to clean out my desk until the bell rang for lunch.

For Lunch we were having Chicken Nuggets. I liked it but I was feeling so sick to my stomach that I couldn't eat it. "What's the matter, Ellis, not Hungry"? Presley asked me. "Not really, I don't want to move to Boston" I said. "Boston, what's Boston"Kyle asked. "Boston is the capitol city of Massachusetts" I said. We sat in lunch talking about Boston and then the recess bell rang.

At Recess, I saw the spider web. I have never climbed the spider web and I just stood there and stared at it. "Wanna climb it"? A voice asked behind me scaring me, it was Tess. "I couldn't, I'm not that brave like my mom" I said sadly. "Sure, you are, I bet your even braver than her". Tess said with a smirk. "Come on, let's try it, what harm could it do"? I smiled at her. "Okay, we can climb up it once" I said. We walked over to the spider web and started to climb it. The bars on the spider web felt off but I shrugged and just kept climbing. I climbed all the way up to the top and saw everyone. "Woah, this is so cool" I yelled. I saw Skye from the top of the web. "Hey" I called out to her. I waved my arm and all of a sudden I lost grip of the spider web and started to fall. I landed really hard on my side and felt a really sharp pain in my arm. The recess teacher and a bunch of students ran over. I started to cry and scream in pain. The teacher called 911 and I was rushed into the ER at my moms work. I was doomed for all eternity for going on that silly spider web.
