King Dice telling his tale "King Dice! King Dice! King Dice!" The crowd cheered as the band started to play "Heedle heedle heedle heedle zee-do dee-doo deedle skee-doo-loo-bop doo dee-doo-zee-zaym scoo-doo-loo bah-di-lee doo doo way-oh!"
King Dice sang as the audience started to clap and cheer a "Yeah, it was fun while it lasted and then...I lost everything without my show, without my audience, I'm noting"
King Dice said as he groaned and sighed getting up from the mattress on the ground stretching as he cracked his back as he sighed as a steam of smoke came his way as he sniffed "Breakfast is ready"
King Dice said walking over to the trash can taking out his shoe that was burnt as he bit it trying to eat it "Step right up! Step right up!" Cuphead yelled "Huh?" King Dice questioned "Come one, come all!"
Cuphead yelled again "That voice it sounds so familiar" King Dice said to himself as he peeked around the corner "Ladies and gentlemen step right up and see the amazing ventriloquist Mugman and his friend the dummy!"
Cuphead said pointing over to Mugman and the puppet "Hey, dummy, what do you get when you cross an elephant with a fish?"
Mugman asked the puppet "I don't know I give up" the puppet replied "Swim trunks!" Mugman yelled swinging his arm "Wow, that joke's a stinker" the puppet said as it laughed "Oh, that's terrible"
someone in the crowd said as everyone walked away as Cuphead started to laugh nervously "The better jokes come at the end, folks"
Cuphead said trying to get the people to come back as he sighed disappointed "It was that cup kid he was the reason everything soured"
King Dice said in his head "Let's get one thing straight if I'm gonna be your manager, you gotta get some new material" Cuphead said as a silloaute appeared "Oh, you!"
King Dice yelled holding a pipe about to hit Cuphead as you three gasped "King Dice?!" You three yelled I'm excitement "The biggest star is showbiz?!"
Cuphead said with happiness as King Dice calmed down "It's been a long time since someone's called me that" King Dice smiled "Where have you been? We haven't heard your radio show I'm months"
Mugman said "Yeah and why do you look like such a mess?" You asked "Uh, well, I don't have my show anymore" King Dice explained making a sad expression dropping the pipe as he walked back into the alley he was sleeping in "What do you mean you don't have your show anymore?"
Cuphead asked a bit concerned "It's not just the show I've lost everything my money, my glitz, my glamour I'm washed up"
King Dice said sadly laying back down on the mattress "You could sure use a washing up" the puppet laughed "Shh!" Mugman hushed the puppet Cuphead walked over to King Dice flipping him on his other side "You're one of the greats! You can easily make a comeback"
Cuphead trying to give King Dice confidence "I can't do it on my own I had a falling-out with the boss" King Dice said in a bit of defeat "Well, I don't know who your boss is but that guy sounds like a real jerk you don't need him I'll help you I'm already managing this guy and his dummy"
Cuphead pointing his hands at Mugman and his puppet "In case you're wondering, he's the dummy" The puppet motion his head over at Mugman "Hey!"
Mugman said a bit offended as the puppet laughed "Management? What do you know about show business?" King Dice asked "What do I know about show business? Only everything there is to know I'll give you first-class representation besides, what have you got to lose?"
