"Hello, my name is Mary," shunting locomotive introduced herself. "I want to life in this city."
"Hello! I'm sure you'll love it here!" Alex said. (Alex is a passenger train. He is a locomotive painted gray, white and red).
"Thanks!"
An hour later, Mary was already registered in the new city.
"Now, if you like, we can change your look a bit." the mechanic said.
"Oh, yes! Of course I want! I have long dreamed of becoming a dark blue with purple parts! Light blue and yellow do not suit me." Mary said "And if I may... I want a sign with my name on it!"
Her number was 525, but for brevity, the number "5" was written on her sides.
Mary left the repair depot, at this time the twins Kate and Caitlin approached her.
Mary previously seen Kate, but she was surprised to see two Kates!
"Am I seeing double, or are there really two of you?" Mary asked.
"No, there are really two of us. We are twins." Kate said.
"Yeah, we are very similar, but we have differences, namely nameplates, numbers and if you look closely, you will notice that my eye color is a little lighter."
"I see, I see." Mary said.
She was assigned a depot, Viola (shunting steam engine) and Riley (orange diesel engine) became her neighbors.

Judging by her behavior, Mary was in her teens.
Mary had some oddities:
She sometimes spoke her thoughts aloud and spoke to herself, but she did all this when no one was listening. (Although sometimes some accidentally noticed her doing this).
At first, Mary felt a little insecure in the new place, but then she got used to it.

Note from author: I tried to make the style in which I draw Mary less like the style of Thomas and Friends. There was no way I could make Mary's eyes-lights or eyes-windows, so i gave her a face.
