Mary's rough day

The morning was cloudy. The weather forecast was for rain.
Mary left her depot as usual.
But on this day, everything did not go according to plan for Mary... Mary's first job for that day was shunting work at the station, which Mary was late for. It began to rain, which gradually intensified.
When Mary finished work, she had a break and decided to spend this break at the depot.
On the way to the depot, she saw a huge and deep puddle on the way. (The path was a little flooded)
"Oh, come on..." She told herself. "Apparently, I will have to be a ship for this time..." She drove carefully through the puddle. "Today is definitely not a good day for me... First I was late, and now I have to drive through this puddle. If I don't speed up, I won't make it to the depot before the end of the break, but if I speed up, I'll be dirty! Oh, I wish I had stood at the station"
At that moment, another train quickly passed along the adjacent track, splashing Mary in the process.
As a result, Mary decided to go to the station instead of going to the depot. This time Mary was late again.
"What happens next? Will I run out of fuel? Oil? Coolant? Will I go off the rails or have an accident? What else can I expect from this day? Ah yeah! I will go crazy! Yeah, I'll go crazy expecting something more bad! Oh, wonderful! Beautiful!" There was indignation in Mary's voice.

Mary returned to the depot earlier than usual and immediately fell asleep.
She had nightmares that followed one after another. In each of the nightmares, she kept getting into some kind of trouble, in some nightmares she suddenly changed shape, turning into a bus, then into a plane, then shrinking in size. She was uncomfortable, she felt out of place.
Finally she woke up.
The day was not over yet; it was twilight outside.
"This day doesn't want to end..." Mary thought. "Oh, what if this day is endless? What if I'm on Groundhog Day?
At that moment Viola arrived at the depot.
"Mary, are you okay? You don't look very good" She said when she saw Mary.
Mary told Viola everything that happened to her during the day.
"You are exaggerating the bad things that happened to you today. In fact, all this is not so bad, although it is unpleasant. Let's ride together, maybe you'll feel better!"
"Thank you! But aren't you tired?"
"No, I didn't have much work today, so I'm still full of energy."
"Then I agree "
Two locomotives headed towards the coast.
They stood on the siding for a long time and looked at the night sea and the occasional ships passing by.

"Maybe we should go back to the depot?" Mary suggested, yawning

"Maybe we should go back to the depot?" Mary suggested, yawning.
"Yes, probably"
Now Mary no longer felt that the day had been terrible. Mary slept well, as did Viola.
