To the genius alchemist of Monstadt with an extraordinary talent in art, what is a perfect masterpiece?

It was just another day in the everlasting winters of Dragonspine. He had gotten ready to paint an intriguing scene of some hilichurls dancing about.

Yet, right as his first stroke landed on the canvas, his focus was interrupted. "Hah, what's with all the respawning hilichurls around here..." a girl said, in a volume that was equivalent to shouting.

The next moment, she jumped over and punted all three of the subjects to the sun. If there was a visible one on Dragonspine, that is.

Her face was really, really beautiful. Her hair shined under what little lighting there was, and her features were extravagantly pretty.

This was when Albedo realized; he had turned that singular stroke into an instinctive sketch of the girl. He quickly grabbed all of his items and left before the girl could catch wind of it.

"Shit. Was that Albedo? I thought playable characters don't appear outside of main quests..."

"I'd better steer clear of him. I'm not the traveler after all, just some random NPC. Who knows what he'd do..."

The girl hailed from a different planet, from another period of time. An entirely differently universe, in fact. You could totally say she was "isekai'd".

That's a story for another day.

Albedo managed to make it back to his camp, messily holding on to all of his items in his arms. He placed them down on a table, one by one. When he had gotten to the canvas, however, he held it with both of his hands.

"Her features were particular, no doubt." He said. These words were uncalled for, yet he could not deny that it was not what he was thinking. Instead of discarding the canvas as soon as possible as he had planned on doing, he decided to continue on that drawing.

A day passed, then another, and another. He had 'finished' that painting, in technical terms. However, to him, it felt nowhere near complete. After all, a single sketch that had a grand total of zero effort put into it-- made within a splendid thirty seconds-- was not going to constitute a piece of art that was genius-worthy. He wanted more, yet no matter how much he worked on it based on the image of her in his mind, formed within thirty seconds, the feeling of perfection never arrived.

As a result, the painting was relentlessly worked on for many days. When he was doing other things, it was kept very neatly with all the other alchemical devices and items he had in his camp-- which, of course, did not have much space. Still, the painting stood out like a sore thumb in that camp. The only thing that spoke not of his alchemical obsession, but more of one with the girl in the painting.

That day, the girl stumbled upon that camp. What a strange coincidence, you say? Fun.

With the camp, she discovered the painting. No matter how unaccustomed she was with her new identity, without a doubt, she could tell, "This is totally me." Right then, behind her she felt a light breeze. It could have definitely been just the cold icy winds that often coveted the snowy mountains, yet for some reason she immediately assumed it was a person-- and she was right.

She turned her head ever so slightly backwards, to find a man with blonde hair. That was all the clues she needed to make a logical and rational deduction that he was undoubtedly Albedo. 'Rational' was more of a figure of speech. Her mind was in no state to be 'rational' right then. It was like a bullet was just shot straight into her heart.

Then, without even a fraction of her consent, a second bullet came in the same direction. "Please, would you be my muse?" he exclaimed, eyes lighting up and face looking as if he had been fed, through a beautiful silver platter presented to him, with every truth of the word.

"What...?" she asked, with a deadpan face.
