"...and you're done. Look." Vivian handed me a mirror as I sat up.

"Viv I freaking love you bro!" I reached for my bag and pulled out my purse. "How much I got for you?"

"I don't want your money Veah." She replies as she began to clean up the room. "You know I don't like taking shit from you."

"Girl hush." I got up and placed a $100 bill on the counter before giving her a kiss on her cheek and running out the room.

"Why are you running weirdo?" Simone asks eating her chicken over rice. "You look good tho. Viv did her thing!"

"No reason." I sat down at Victoria's nail station as I continued. " And I know right! Shorty didn't even want me to pay."

"Well you not bout to pay for your nails either." Victoria says, grabbing my hands and began pushing back my cuticles.

I kissed my teeth and shook my head.

"Y'all get on my nerves."

"But you love us anyway."

"Hmm. Sure."

"Omg they're nice and simple and I love them! Thank you again!"

I sat there admiring how clean and sharp my nails were.

"Any time girly. You know I always got you."

Checking the time on my phone. It said 5:04PM.

"Ah shit. I got to run home now and get ready." I stretched and got up, heading for the door.

"Girl I could always drop you home. We all about to leave. I'm dropping Simone off at home too." Vivian says coming for the bathroom. "Cute nails by the way."

"Aww alright fine and thank you."

Walking out of the shop, the cool March air hit me in my face.

"Follow me. I parked across the street." Vivian looked left and right before she began crossing the road with us following behind. "Here she is."

After some time, I had said goodbye to the girls and headed into the crib. Looking at the clock it said 5:37PM.

"Thank god I'm not doing a full face beat because I would be late."

Running up the stairs, I dashed into my room and began undressing.

"Alexa play Outside by Bryson Tiller."

'Playing Outside by Bryson Tiller from Apple Music.'

10 minutes later....

Hopping out the shower, I dried off my skin and went back into my room.

"What the hell am I gonna wear? Let me ask this child."
