Chapter 4 - Bisexual

(Basil's POV)
It was the middle of the day that i told everyone i was gay and i was kinda nervous because i honestly haven't really interacted with anyone and nobody has interacted with me.

I've honestly been thinking a lot about sunny since now he knows I'm gay and i might have a chance.

I actually think I'm gonna ask him his sexuality, since i just came out it wouldn't be that weird right?

I started standing up from Sunny's bed (where i was sitting since we were still at the house) and right as i was about to go to the door sunny opened the door and walked in "Oh, hey sunny! I was actually just about to go get you!"

"Why? Do you need something?"

"Oh yea i was just gonna ask you your sexuality- nothing weird or anything it's just you've never said anything about it and Y'know i just came out and all?"

"Oh well I'm actually bisexual myself" Sunny said, immediately after i started blushing a bit because i had just realized he'd been blushing while he said he was bisexual... which could mean he likes me right? Wait, no don't jump to conclusions Basil.

"How'd you figure out? I only figured out over the past several weeks?" I asked

"Oh well i like a boy, he's really pretty and is really comforting to be around. He's also got an amazing attitude. Oh and i used to like Aubrey so i figured I'm Bi" he said the first part as if he was dazing off into space and the second part with a blank stare. Aha, i knew it though that he didn't like me.

(Sunny's POV)

I looked at Basil's face and he looked kind of disappointed? Did i upset him by something i said? Oh wait i just realized i openly talked about him... shoot i messed up

But wait... is that why he is upset? What if it's because i said i liked another boy! Well- its not good he's upset but what if he likes me? I think i should ask him right no-

My thoughts were interrupted by Mari barging in the room and saying "I've come to collect information on who you like!" And after that she practically dragged him out of the room while he was screaming... ok maybe that was a bit of an over exaggeration but still. God damnit i missed my chance.
