"Daichi-san, nice serve!" Tanaka yelled.
Daichi served and Tsutomu Goshiki, a beta, received it up. Shirabu Kenjirō, an omega, tossed to Ushijima. "Ushijima-san!" He jumped really high before spiking the ball at the right time, slamming it down on Karasuno's court, Nishinoya was there and thought he can do it. He did received the ball but due to it's force, it bounced off right after.
Nishinoya was shocked at first but he felt like he was challenged. "Well, hello, lefty."
"Don't mind!" Yamaguchi yelled. "Next, next!" Sugawara joins in too.

Taichi Kawanishi, a beta, served next. Daichi thought it was gonna be out, the referee waved the flag downwards, it was in. "Sorry!" Daichi apologized.
Kawanishi served once more, but it hit the net, giving a slower momentum. Tsukishima called Tanaka but Asahi also called out, causing the both of them to freeze and the ball fell.
"Aahhh, sorry!" Tanaka apologized. "My bad." Asahi also apologized.
Kageyama could feel his teammates emotions and thought they were really nervous and that they were all stiff.
"Uhm, is it just me or..?" Tsuchiya started and was startled when Sugawara beside him suddenly bursts out. "CALM DOWN!"
Asahi and Tanaka flinched and looked at Sugawara. "THERE'S NO TIME TO SELF-DESTRUCT! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SO NERVOUS ABOUT!? The TV CrEwS?! QuiT MessinG ArOuNd! I'lL sQui– MmHhMm!!" Sugawara's mouth was covered as he was lifted up by Tsuchiya on his waist as he squirms around his hold. "Koshi! Koshi! Ssshh!!" Tsuchiya whispered.
The referee glared at them and that made Sugawara silent and just slumps down. "Got it! We got it, Suga! So calm down!" Daichi said back while Tanaka and Asahi were beyond sweatdroppedd, they were afraid. Daichi then apologized to the referee.
"Crap, he totally glared at me.." Sugawara lowly said. "Of course, he would-!" Tsuchiya whispered.
Kageyama then blinked when he sensed that his team's tension was back to normal. The whistle blew once again and Kawanishi got to serve again.
Daichi received it perfectly this time. It went to Kageyama who then tossed to Tsukishima and spiked. Goshiki received it. Ōhira Reon, a beta, covered and gave it to Ushijima. "Wakatoshi!"
Ushijima jumped from the left and spiked. Nishinoya tried to received it but still fails. The ball flew once again.
"Huh? I thought something was weird. Their number one is left handed? So that's why he approaches from the right. Ryu always goes in from the left." Saeko noticed. "Yeah. Man, talk about chosen ace." Takinoue clicked his tongue. "Ushiwaka's position is called 'opposite'. They're diagonal from the setter. On Karasuno's side, it's where Sawamura is. Depending on how the player in that position plays, the way the whole team plays changes. One pattern is to have a player like Sawamura there, who is a player that's skilled all-around and good at defense. That's pretty common on highschool teams. The other pattern is to have a cannon like Ushiwaka there.
They don't serve or receive and are always prepared to attack from either the front or back line." Takinoue explained.
"A while back, they were called super aces." Akiteru recalled. When Ushijima scored yet again, Saeko hated the way the cheers goes by. "I get that the Ushiwaka guy is very tall and very strong but does the fact that he's beng left-handed make him that—"
