I walked with Sienna to this large field which is what I assumed was the track field the gym teacher was talking about. The current temperature felt nice, with the occasional breeze of wind blowing my hair into my eyes, same case with Sienna.

While me and her were walking together to the field, we didn't speak a word between each other. Conversation at this moment wasn't really needed, and I much preferred being quiet than being loud and talkative.

Upon arrival at the track field, everyone came to a stop. The gym teacher suddenly spoke up again in a shouting manner in order to ensure that everyone could hear him.

"As I mentioned earlier. Today we will just be walking around the track field. You are permitted to sprinting or jogging around the track, but no horseplay." He instructed.

Awesome. I basically had a free period for my last period before going home. I watched as everyone else began walking the track field, and just looked at Sienna.

"We should probably catch up with them." She said to me.

I nodded my head and followed her.

Occasionally while we were walking, she would ask me a question or two usually regarding the school. I gave her a dry, boring answer that usually pertained to a "yes" or "okay" or an "I don't know."

The last period of school felt forever, my legs were keeping up perfectly fine, but I couldn't say the same for Sienna.

"How are you not tired? My legs are killing me." She groaned.

"Well you see, I played football before, so I can last." I replied back.

"Mind carrying me?" She said laughing.

I just stared at her, but to the least grinned at her for the effort of the joke.

We kept walking around the track field, occasionally seeing people racing each other on the track, when suddenly the gym teacher blew his whistle and said:

"Wrap things up, we're heading back inside."

I followed Sienna and everyone else back inside to the gymnasium. I can tell Sienna was on the verge of collapsing, and it was kind of funny seeing her limping around because of how tired her legs are.

"Cmon. We didn't even walk for long." I said condescendingly.

"Easy for you to say Mr. Running-back." She replied to my comment.

She continued into a question, "we're still going to your place at 6, right?"

"Not today, but tomorrow ye." I said quietly back at her.

"Well, in order for you to know when to come pick me up, think you can give me your contact?" She asked me.

Welp. This is bad. How do I tell her that I do not have social media? I have a phone number, yeah, but I am assuming that she is going to ask me for my Claptext or Forevergram.

I suppose I can give her my phone number, but I hope it doesn't become a normal routine of the both of us contacting each other.

I don't really want to have friends, because I do not want to be attached and destroyed again like I was at my previous school, but I suppose she is the only one I have for now...

...as a friend, of course.

"Sure, I guess." I replied bluntly towards her.

I can tell this was going to be a bad idea. But I suppose you only live once in this world.

Even if you don't want to continue with it.

"Is giving you my phone number okay?" I asked her quietly.
