Green POV

"Don't go to school today." Someone said, menacingly.

I woke up and looked at the source of the voice, it was a tall black figure.

I couldn't speak or move, and I couldn't close my eyes either.

"Did you hear me?" Suddenly I gained the ability to move, and I nodded my head at the humanoid.

"Don't take my warning for granted. I mean it. I wouldn't go today if I were you..." The figure said as it leaned closer to me.

"You saw what they did to them. They're gonna do the same thing to you. Please. For your safety, do not go today."

"Don't...go.." The shadow figure said as it vanished.

I woke up in a panic and rushed to check my closet. Nothing was there. My heart was still beating at the speed of light but was slowing down as I calmed down.

Whatever that was, I didn't like it. It was telling me to not go to school.

A part of me actually considered taking today off because of that thing, but then I remembered that it was just some stupid dream, and figured what's the worst that can happen.

I turned off my beeping, annoying alarm as I got ready for school. I showered quickly and put on some typical clothes. I brushed my teeth and walked outside.

To my right was the sun rising, with its yellows mixing with the blue's and pink's of the sky, it was quite the sight. The air was still cold and I was able to see my breath in the air. The coldness was noticeably warmer, however.

Regarding Sienna, me and her hung out for most of last night, and I walked her home around 11pm. Her presence was nice, as always, and I guess I can confidently say that I DO have some sort of attraction to her.

I started to walk towards the school, and was in for another long, peaceful day, as I never usually learnt anything because I was taught all of it in my previous school.

On the walk to school, I couldn't help but feel another sense of dread. I didn't feel like I was being watched, but it felt like something terrible was going to happen. Almost like someone casted a bad omen on my head.

I thought about that dream again. No way it could've been real, right? I shook my head in confusion and delusion.

I tried my best to shake that feeling off during my walk, but it just seemed to stay there with no plan of leaving. I finally escaped the cold air however as I walked into the warmth of the school.

I greeted Sienna, which in return I got a hug, and we both walked to first block algebra.

Thinking back from when I first moved here, it seems completely out of what I thought would happen. I genuinely thought I would have maybe 1-2 friends for the whole year, but instead, I have Sienna, and plenty of different friends with me...to join me on this episodic ride.

My morning classes flew by extremely quickly it felt like, and as if we snapped forward in time, it was time for lunch. I walked with Sienna to the cafeteria, and we did our usual thing, and that was to get our food together in line, then go stand around with our friends and talk/share jokes with them.

Something was off about that lunch period, however. Very off.

I stared in the direction of Jake's lunch table, and for whatever reason, 3 out of the 5 of them were staring at me and Sienna. Well, I actually couldn't tell if they were staring at me OR Sienna.
