Jeremy checks his watch and sighs, "You can eat the rest of the breadsticks while I finish my shift. I only have two more hours left." he looks over at Y/N.
Y/N whines dramatically, "But you ate all the marinara sauce, what am I supposed to dip them in?"
William was quick to respond to her playful complaint, "We have some extra in the back, you're welcome to it anytime."
"Oh, thanks, Mr. Afton!" Y/N's eyes lit up, free sauce seemed too good to be true. Extra sauce for your breadsticks usually costs an additional 50 cents, and Y/N wasn't made of money.
"Of course, anything to pay you back for helping Jeremy around here so much." William shifted his gaze back at Jeremy, "Would you be so kind as to get her some more sauce, Jeremy?"Y/N and Jeremy were still at Freddy's. They were arguing back and forth over a daunting favor Jeremy was asking of Y/N.
"Jeremy no way I'm doing that-" Y/N was already refusing his stupid stunt.
"Please? I only have 30 minutes left on my shift, nobody has to know!" Jeremy whined, he was desperate to get out of work.
"This could get you fired and get me in serious trouble." Y/N retorted quickly.
"It would be worth it!" Jeremy tries to reason with her, but she wouldn't budge."Let me get this straight," Y/N sighs in utter disbelief that Jeremy could be this reckless and suggest this idea, "You want me to finish the last half hour of your shift so you can go have a casual fuck with some girl you met on Tinder?"
Jeremy was known to ask her weird favors, but Y/N couldn't think straight due to how unusal the request was.
"Y/N, please," Jeremy places his hands on her shoulders and looks into her eyes, "I know you think I'm just doing what I always do, but I really like this girl! And nobody will notice I'm gone, there's barely any people here." Jeremy gestures to the arcade area of the pizza place, only a few kids remained, mainly just teenagers leering by the various arcade games. They didn't play them, they just stood by them on their phones to seem cool. Typical teenagers.
"I mean..." Y/N sighed as she looked around from the arcade area to the dining area, there too was almost nobody in the dining area. After a long pause, she lets out a groan. "Fine. But you better marry this girl, name your firstborn child after me, and live happily ever after together in the nursing home."
Jeremy fist pumps the air, "Yes! Thanks Y/N you won't regret it! When me and this girl get old, we'll play shuffleboard together in your honor." he clicks his tongue and begins fast walking out the door hoping none of his co-workers will see him exit.
"Wait!" Y/N calls to him, "What do I say if anybody asks where you are?"
"Tell them I'm taking a shit!" he yells before pushing the glass door and bolting to his car. Leaving Y/N standing there, instantly regretting agreeing to help him. If anybody caught him gone, and find out Y/N helped him get away with it, she could get in just as much trouble as him.
Y/N awkwardly rocks on her heels before deciding to sit at the table she and Jeremy had sat at previously that day when they were eating lunch. She looks around and absently watches the animatronics on stage.
Bonnie, Chica, and Freddy.
They were kinda boring to Y/N, she wasn't one for watching things. She liked hands-on entertainment like the Ninja Turtle game she and Jeremy liked playing. Who cares about some singing robots anyway.
It's not like there was anything special about them.
She decides to get on her phone and find something to keep herself occupied until eventually one of Jeremy's co-workers' wonders where he was. She felt her heart beating faster than usual, she was scared of Jeremy getting caught. And by extension, her getting caught.

William was in the backroom doing some paperwork. He was filling out the work schedule for the next week. He looks over at the scattered papers on his desk and locates a timesheet next to him. Jeremy's section had not been filled out. Jeremy was a scatterbrain, William knew that, but this document was important.
He decided to go find Jeremy before he leaves, considering Jeremy had 10 minutes left on his shift.
Y/N, who was still sitting at the table felt her heart drop when she saw William emerge from the backroom. He seemed to be looking for something, or someone. She could see his eyes scan the room, finally noticing Y/N sitting.
"Fuck." Y/N thought to herself, trying to act natural, but when William began walking towards her she knew she was screwed."Good afternoon Y/N," William smiled as he looked down at her. William was quite tall, so he was used to having to look down at people when speaking to them.
"Oh hey! What's up?" Y/N smiles back, acting as if her heart wasn't about to burst out of her body. There was a lot on the line here.
"I hate to be a bother, but do you know where Jeremy is? He needs to fill out his spot on the timesheet." He puts his hands in the pockets of his pants. Y/N noted that he always seemed to wear the same outfit every day. A white button-up shirt with black dress pants and some sort of tie. Maybe this was his uniform, but Y/N wasn't sure.
"Um, I think he's in the bathroom." Y/N bites her lip trying to act casual, William doesn't seem to catch on to her horrible lying skills and nods slightly.
"Then you won't mind if I wait here until he's back?" His face was expressionless as he spoke. He was always unnervingly calm when he spoke."No, not at all!" Y/N was lying through her teeth and she knew it. She also knew she was busted. Jeremy wasn't here, and of course, William would need to talk to him the one-day he decided to ditch work. It was like the universe was playing a cruel joke on her.
"Wonderful, thank you," He pulls a chair out and sits across from her. Y/N doesn't say a word, she was incredibly nervous, and was trying to come up with a plan to get herself out of this. And it wasn't helping that William was sitting right in front of her.
She had to admit he creeped her out less, but still was creepy.
After a few moments of silence William raises an eyebrow slightly, Y/N was just looking down at the table between them gnawing at her lip.
"Is everything alright, love?" he finally spoke up making Y/N look up quickly."Yeah, I'm fine! Everything's fine." She tries her best to give him a reassuring smile. William looks into her eyes. He could read her like a book, he knew something was bothering her. But Y/N was also just a bad liar, it wasn't that hard to figure out she wasn't telling the truth.
"Y'know, I actually wanted to talk to you too. And since Jeremy isn't here yet this is the perfect time to bring it up." He folds his hands on the table and raises his eyebrows, "Are you free to talk for a moment?"
Y/N perks up slightly, "O-Of course, what's up?" she swallows hard thinking William had caught onto her.
"Well, I and the other managers here have noticed how helpful you are around here. You're always here with Jeremy, and helping him out," William pauses for a moment, looking as if he was collecting his thoughts. "To cut to the chase, we're offering you a job here. That is if you even are interested."
Y/N widens her eyes and sighs in relief, she didn't expect this in the slightest. Maybe all those times of helping Jeremy were paying off if she got a job out of it.
"Yeah I'd love too!" She answers too quickly, she already forgot she was trying to cover for Jeremy. All her anxiety of getting caught was gone.William chuckles quietly, "You do know you're supposed to think about this sort of thing before you jump feet first into them?"
Y/N blushed slightly, realizing that she seemed to eager for the job, but laughs it off. "What can I say? It's exciting to work with Jeremy, and the pay isn't too shabby." she shrugs, a grin on her face.
William hums in content and holds back a smile, "That's refreshing to hear. Usually people aren't too excited to work at a pizza joint." he stands up, pushing his chair back to the table. "If you'll join me in my office we can fill out some paper work."
