2 years later,

"Bacha...Why are you crying...!? Aa jao dadda ke pass..." Mayank cooed the 2-year-old Maina and took her from Meera's arms.

"Kya hua mera baby ko...Come...let's take a bath...and freshie freshie ho jayenge...Phir dhuddhu peeke so jayenge...We are very tired hai na meri jaan..." Mayank rocked her to stop her cries and she giggled immediately while Meera stood smiling seeing them.

Manik pulled Nandini holding her waist while she was arranging the bed and nuzzled into her neck making her smile.

"Mirvaan...Pari ka duckie le ke aao..." Mayank said and Mirvaan rushed to Manik's room and opened the door making the couple part from each other.

Mirvaan started searching Maina's toy box for her favorite duckie while Manik rolled his eyes and Nandini sat on the bed blushing.

Mirvaan asked while searching "Baba and Bhabhi...Pari ka duckie kaha hai...!? Bath karwana hai..."

Manik frowned and asked "Duckie ko bath karwana hai...!?"

Mirvaan made a face and said "Nahi baba...Pari ko...She is a bit cranky...So bhai asked for her duckie..."

"Ek minute Mirvaan...I'll give..." Nandini said and went to get it while Manik said slowly "Chote...waise...for your information...Your baba and Bhabhi didn't become old just with one baby...Okay...!?"

Mirvaan frowned not understanding his words but walked out taking the toy from Nandini who slapped Manik's arm to keep quiet.

"What happened...!?" Meera asked Mirvaan, seeing him confused.

He repeated Manik's words and said "I didn't understand what Baba was saying..."

Mayank giggled while placing Maina in her small tub and asked "Did you knock their door before going...!?"

"Nahi...I just went to take the toy na..." He replied and Meera replied with a smile "Mirvaan...They might be in their private space...You have to knock the door before going...Never forget that okay...!?"

"Okay Bhabhi..." He said and Mayank stated "Ab tum jao...and finish your assignment...I'll get pari to your room after bathing her..."

Mirvaan nodded and left to his room and worked on his assignment. He has finished his 12th and opted for architecture, bored of the civil engineers at home.

Mayank was playing with Maina while making her bath and Meera was lost in admiring her man till he saw her and raised his eyebrows.

"You look so perfect as a father...I so wish hum bhi jaldi se..." She stopped when he looked at her and bent her head.

Nandini heard the last sentence when she came to check on the baby and asked "Ho gaya masthi...!?"

Mayank smiled taking the baby from the tub and wiped her while she said something in her gibberish language and Mayank nodded to her words.

Nandini gave the dress to Mayank and walked out signalling Meera to come out.

"What happened Meera...!?" She asked taking her hand and Meera bent her head saying "Patha nahi dii...Whenever the topic of marriage comes, he is just letting it go...Like he don't want to talk about it...And that doesn't mean he is staying away from me or something...He is the same Mayank...but shaadi ki baat ko he is keeping it away...Even I couldn't ask him directly thinking he might get angry or thinks that I'm doubting him..."

"Meera..." Manik called hearing their conversation and she looked at him saying "Jii jiju"

"If you don't mind and think that we are involving in your personal matter, shall I talk to him...!?" Manik asked and Meera immediately said "Jiju...He is your brother first...Aap mujhse kyun puch rahe ho...!! Jiju...From the day he has introduced me to this family, you guys have always supported me...You gave me this privilege to call you dii and jiju...You don't need to ask me this..."
