Nilda is now going home from her business trip and she immediately rushed to the hospital to see Guada and she was heartbroken when she saw the old lady that's been fighting for her life and when she saw Luciano, she told him that she hope that he's happy now as Laura killed his mom and he told her that she have no clue what kind of pain he's feeling right now as his wife was the one who did wrong to his mom and she have no right to scold him as she's just an adopted daughter. Nilda told him that she took care of Guada during the times that she suffered on a heart attack so he have no right to lecture him when it comes to being Guada's companion during the hardest times as she's there more than him. Laura is now sleeping in jail and she dreamed about Sol and she was in denial that she was alive after the explosion and when she woke up, she was scared as it felt like a nightmare to her. Sol is now drinking coffee and Grae asked him why she can't sleep and she said that she's still thinking about Laura and Guada so he told her to never be scared as he's always here to feel secure and Sol hugged and thanked him for being her refuge. Oli is now about to go home after she visited at the ICU and Del asked her if she's now happy as she have all the things that she worked hard for before and Oli said that if she think that she's trying to compete with her when it comes to everything then its just all in her mind as she's doing all of this for her to get the company again and all she wanted is to live a simple life with Gabo in the farm. Del told her that maybe she should consider on giving the company to her now and Oli said that its not that easy for her to do that as she worked hard to all that's been happening to the company right now. Del was pissed with Oli and she warned her that she will make sure that PM will reign against Madrigal to prove to her that she's the best but Oli said that she gave 0 fucks with all thr things that she need to prove as she have no room for people with bloated ego. The next day, Laura was informed by the warden that she have a visitor and when she asked who's that, she was surprised as Nilda appeared and slapped her face left and right and told her that they treated her like a human and gave her the decency that she don't deserve and now, she have the nerve to rob Guada's house and even push her to the stairs and Laura was speechless when Nilda was slapping her that made the latter emotional as she don't know what might happen to her if Guada will die and she will make sure that she will rot here in jail. Ava told Oli that she don't like Del's tone when she's dealing with her and Oli said that Del will always be Del and she have issues with herself so it don't matter to her if she treated her like trash as Del was built like that by their dad and she can't blame her for that behavior. Gerry told Joy that she's now having a good time with her friend named Calvin as he's helping her on her assignments so he asked her if she can invite him here and she said yes and he said that he will set a dinner next week and he wanna meet that person. Joy hugged her dad and thanked him for being loving and supportive to her. Nilda is now watching Guada and she was shocked when she saw her having seizures so she called the nurses and they tried to revive the old woman. The doctors told her that Guada is now very critical and she might die sooner as all the hemorrage took a toll in her head and this made Nilda break down and she was fuming in anger. Laura was surprised when Imee visited her in jail and she asked her why she left her here and Imee said that its not her intention to do that but since she attacked the old woman, she need to pay hard to her crime and Laura said that she felt betrayed that she just left her there so Imee told her that she will help her escape here and Laura told her that if she continue on betraying her,  she would report her to the police and Imee laughed her and told her that she don't the big wall that she will conquer if she chose to go against her so pick her battles wisely.

Episode 440 - RIP Guada

Guada is now having a seizure again and this time, the doctors were having a hard time to save her and Nilda kept on crying so when the doctors told her that its the old woman's body who gave up and she's dead now. Nilda broke down as she can't believe that Guada is now dead and Grae arrived and consoled her. Luciano was having a dream and he was surprised to see his Mama Guada there as she said that she love him very much and now as she leave this world, she want him to know that she never felt more prouder as a mom on seeing how her son soared high on his own wings and if she got more time here on Earth, she would help her reach higher but God told her that her time is up and he tried to chase his mom but the light devoured her that woke him up. Nilda is now arranging the wake of Guada and when Sol arrived, she hugged her immediately and told her that this is heartbreaking to know and Nilda said that she won't allow Laura to run away from this as she needed to pay big time. The next day, Luciano found out what happened to his mom and he was extremely heartbroken as he dreamed about her last night only for him to find out that she's gone so he's now begging for them to see his mom again for the last time. Oli and Del arrived at the wake and they hugged Nilda and told her to stay strong as they knew how hard it is to lose a loved one and when Ava arrived, she knelt and apologized for what her mom did so Nilda told her to stand up and hugged her and she told her that Laura's sin is not her sin so she have nothing to apologize. Meanwhile, Gerry told Alvira that Joy planned to invite his friend named Calvin for a dinner and she said that she's alright with that but she wondered what happened to Joy and Banjo and he said that he don't know to why they're suddenly separated from each other but he knew that Joy is blooming now and that Calvin is really making her happy. Del told Tracy that this is heartbreaking for her dad and this will be the culprit for the divorce papers but he told her that he think Laura is not the only one involved here and that's what he needed to investigate. Luciano was now allowed to visit his mom's wake and he broke down when he saw his mom inside the casket. Oli consoled her dad and told him that at least now all the suffering is gone and he said that Laura will pay for all of this and he will make sure that she will rot in jail. Del walked out after she saw Oli and Luciano having a moment in front of the casket and when Tracy asked her what's wrong, she told him that they need to go home now as she's not in the mood now. Laura found out via Imee what happened to Guada and she broke down as she don't know what to do right now as Luciano will seriously punish her and all her efforts were gone so Imee told her to chill and she gave her 50k pesos as a payment for helping her on robbing Guada's mansion but Laura felt offended that she threw the money on Imee's face and told her that it won't make Luciano come back to her and its all her fault. Imee was pissed so she told Laura that she have no time dealing with her tantrums so maybe its time for her to cut her ties now with her and all the hell that she experience now is what she truly deserves. Laura lashed out as Imee walked out and she kept on blaming herself for conniving with that woman. Imee smiled as she went back to her car as she knew that her enemies are now having a karma moment and no one can stand again once she work hard for their respective downfalls. Luciano told Nilda that he wanted his mom cremated and her ashes to be scattered on the beach and Nilda told him that since he's the only child of Guada, she will make sure that her remains will be cremated and maybe this is the start for them to set aside their differences and embrace each other as family and he told her that maybe its the perfect time to do that and they hugged each other. Guada's remains were now being cremated and Luciano was crying as he was still very in denial about the death of his own mom.
