Meanwhile, Elena was now placed back in her private room after the operation and Alvira was glad that she gained her consciousness back so when Elena woke up, she asked them if the triplets were saved and Gerry told them that they're ok now as Del was already saved from the hands of Imee so Elena got very happy that her apos are saved but Alvira got mixed emotions as they need to lie just to assure that her mom's welfare won't be compromised. Belle was ambivalent on her emotions as she felt anger and mercy at the same time as she witnessed how pale and ill Imee's face is that its very obvious that her time is now about to end so Imee told her that she don't wanna die alone so she wanna kill the triplets so that they'll be together in hell. Belle told her to stop this as she won't gain anything with this and will only bring too much chaos in Alvira's family so Imee laughed but she passed out later on so Belle screamed for help and asked the yayas to call a doctor. Erlinda and Greta arrived as they rode a garbage truck so when they heard that Imee passed out, Erlinda rushed to see her daughter. The doctor observed Imee and he told Erlinda that Imee is now very weak and she need to rest as cancer cells already conquered her body and this is very alarming and he told her to prepare themselves as Imee is now dying so Erlinda slapped the doctor and told him that he have no right to tell her about Imee's death as he have no idea what kind of pain that a mother can feel if someone constantly reminds her that her child is dying. Imee told her mom to stop attacking her doctor as she might lose him again so Erlinda asked her to fight for her life as she will be losing her life too once she die so Imee hugged her mom and told her that she will always be here even if she die and she asked her to continue on making Alvira's life miserable.
