EPISODE 523 - Erlinda's Past

Mando and Erlinda got into a relationship before as Don Juancho started to be close to Elena, she was deprived by the love of his husband so she cried and drunk hard until she met a noble farmer named Mando. Mando told her that she's very sad so they had a talk together until it evolved into a serious relationship that led them t9 countless sleepless nights that resulted to pregnancy. When Juancho found out that Erlinda was pregnant, he got very happy but she knew deep inside herself that its Mando's child and not Juancho's so she got depressed in her whole pregnancy but her love for Mando evolved and she told him that she will be killed by Juancho if he found out that the baby that she's carrying is not his own so Mando planned to assure that the baby will be safe from the hands of the rich businessman. Erlinda was madly in love with Mando that she tried to escape from the mansion just to see him but Juancho found out about their relationship so he abused her even in her pregnancy and he asked her if the baby is Mando's child and she said no so she was spared by his abusive hands. When Erlinda is about to give birth to the child, she asked the midwife to tell Juancho that her baby is dead so when Juancho found this out, he was extremely sad and she told him that its their last chance to have a baby and now, its gone so in able for her to not lose his love for her, she robbed Elena's baby and used it as her own that's why she named the baby as Carolina Alvira as its the name that she's supposed to give to her real child but she gave the baby to Mando as she promised that she will return to see her baby again. Erlinda got very emotional as she found out that her child is dead so Mando told her that he was just lying as their child is alive and she's now living with him. Meanwhile, Elena is watching Alvira as she's still fighting for her life and she told her that she waited all her life just to see her again and she can't afford to lose her once more so when Gerry entered, he asked Elena to have some rest now as she might be stressed here but she told him that she will do everything for her child. Greta stalked Gabo as she followed him at Villa Mariana as Oli and him went home and when the couple is about to sleep, Greta crept inside the house and she went inside Gabo's room as she weirdly gazed at him since she was madly obsessed with his face. Greta brought a knife and she whispered how gorgeous Gabo is and she will do everything to have one night with him and throw Oli out of the picture but a loud noise cracked at the kitchen that woke Gabo up so he rushed to see what happened. Ava cried as she broke a plate so Gabo consoled him and told him that its ok as its just a plate but she told him that she felt useless already and Harvey rushed to console his wife. Oli told Gabo that even if its been months since she gave birth, Ava still have a postpartum depression and she needed to be understood. Ava hugged Oli and told her that she don't know what to do with her life now but Oli said that she will help her survive this stage of her life. The next day, Elena was surprised as her daughter is now awake so she called the attention of the doctor and he told them that what happened is a miracle as the poison was flushed out of her body and she is now fine so Gerry got emotional and he hugged Elena out of happiness. Imee woke up and she saw how Erlinda slept at the couch so she asked the yayas to bring clothes for the old lady as she needed to take herself a bath so when lola woke up, Imee asked her why she slept here and she said that she unearthed a long time secret that she hid for so long now so Imee got curious and asked her what's that. Del slowly snuck into the basement as she knew that its the only place that Mando was placed so when she went down, she saw a bleeding old man who was tied in chains but her fear discouraged to go further and she stepped back. Cain was waiting and when Del went back, she told him that her uncle is now in danger as he was severely injured by Imee's goons and this made him very sad as he can't do anything to save his uncle but Del told him to never give up as she will do her best to go back and save him. Imee asked lola what's that secret and she said that Mando and her have a past and they have a child together and this made Imee shook so she asked her if she's sure with that. Erlinda told her that she wanted to believe that its all a lie but its the truth as she was very lonely when she was married to Juancho that she needed to have some happiness so when she saw Mando, she fell in love with him and they had a child but she have no clue where that child is. Imee told Erlinda that she will make sure that Mando will spill the truth about their child and she will torture him to get that. Erlinda was shocked by what Imee planned to do so she tried to stop her but Imee proceeded  to the basement. Mando was surprised as Imee came back as she ordered her goons to lash him out and he begged for her to stop this madness as he's willing to die just for her to have a peace of mind but Imee told him that she will only have peace of mind if he can apologize to Erlinda for hiding her daughter. Mando was speechless when Erlinda is now using their child against him so he told her that he don't where she is now so Imee pointed out a gun to warn him that his life is in danger. Erlinda told Mando to spill now the truth before its too late for him and he told Erlinda that their daughter is alive and he gave her to a rich couple and they went to America to make her study in Harvard and Oxford to have a better life. Imee asked Mando where is that child now so he told her that the child that Erlinda's been missing for so many years is right in front of them. Erlinda was shocked by this revelation as Mando finally revealed that their long lost daughter is no other than Imee. Del went down at the basement as she tried to save Mando but instead, she heard the truth and she was also shocked that Erlinda is Imee's biological mom. Imee got emotional as she can't believe that what Mando said is the truth.
