~*Zayn's POV
I felt Tori's grip tighten around me. I could see nothing but the little moon light shining in through the window.
"Well I should go get some candles." She said. I felt her get up. I sat there alone for about five minutes.
"Tori?" I called out. No answer. I got up and carefully walked around. I felt like I was blind. Then I remembered that I had my phone. I reached in the pocket of Tori's sweatpants and took out my phone. I unlocked it and turned on my flashlight app.
"Tori?" I called again as I walked into the kitchen. No answer. I wonder where she went. I walked further into to kitchen. I heard something drop behind me and I spun around. I flashed the light everywhere but there was nothing.
"This is like a scary movie." I said to myself. "Tori!?" I called again.
"Boo!" I jumped around." Tori was laughing at me.
"You almost gave me a heart attack!" I said.
"Lookin like you do-ooo!" Tori sang laughing.
I shook my head. "Anyways, did you get the candles?" I asked.
"Yessir I did." She said. "And they like light up different colors its cool." She laughed.
We went into the den and set the candles around.
"Shoot. I forgot the lighter." She said.
"I have one." I said reaching into my pocket.
"Thanks.." She took it. "You smoke?" She asked surprised.
"Yeah. Bad habit sorry." I said looking down.
"I couldn't tell." She said. "Okay to be honest I have no idea how to work this thing." She said.
I laughed at her then took it from her hand. I handed her my phone still with the light and lit the candle. It immediately turned blue then faded into green.
"Wow." I said as it turned to red then yellow then pink. (A/N:These candles are actually real you guys.) I lit the rest and sat down next to Tori.
"It looks like a rainbow in here." She said laughing.
"Okay. What does someone do to entertain themselves when the powers out?" I asked.
"Oo. We should play twenty one questions!" She said crossing her legs facing me.
"Okay." I said doing the same thing. We were knee to knee.
"What's your," she though for a couple of seconds. "Favorite color?"
"Red or blue." I said. (A:N:I think it's red but there are so many different answers.) "You?"
"Orange." She said.
"Okay. Favorite food?" I asked.
"Mac and Cheese." She said. "Or lollies. Maybe gummy bears. Are sweets food? I like sweets." She said rather fast. "You?"
"Chicken. And I don't know if sweets are food." I said.
"They should be. And they should be super nutritious so you could eat them whenever you wanted and wouldn't get fat." She said.
"Yeah you don't have to worry about that." I said. She rolled her eyes.
I think we asked about forty questions before we stopped. Tori's eyes were roaming the room.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Do you remember if I let Mojo in?" She asked.
"No..?" I shook my head.
"Shit." She said getting up. She ran to the back door. She came in running with Mojo.
"You left him outside?" I asked.
"Yeah." She said. "How long do you think that was an hour?" She asked.
I nodded. "He looks good though." I said. Tori sat back down. My phone buzzed from my pocket. I got it out and checked the screen. It was from Liam. I unlocked it and clicked on the messages.
