As we watched the movie Cody matched the emotions.
When Nemo was happy, he was happy. When the Nemo was scared, he was scared. When Nemo was sad, the little boy burst in tears gripping onto his little bear like he was a lifeline.
"Movie over." He sniffled as I heard the door open.
"Right on cue."
"Hey Babe," the line in between his eyes appeared. He came over and bent over Cody who was sat on my lap to kiss my head.
"This boyfwend?" He looked up at me. I nodded and he scrambled off my lap only to run to Zayn.
"You boyfwend?" Cody asked pointing to him.
Zayn nodded smiling at the little boy.
He raised his arms and Zayn picked him up.
Cody put his mouth by Zayn's ear before trying to whisper. "Giwlfwend pwetty." Pointing to me.
"I know." Zayn said winking at me. "And what's your name little mister?"
Little mister.
"Cody!" He giggled. "You Zayn! Mwake good muswic!" He said.
The fact that this two year old boy made Zayn blush.
"Tats what mwakes you bweautyful!"
"Thanks bud." Zayn smiled sitting down next to me on the couch with Cody on his lap.
"Cousin talks about you all the time. Uh," he looked around. "Tweef metwal." He tapped his mouth. "Bwonde hair, wike me!"
"Niall," I said.
He nodded. "She wike him wots!"
Zayn laughed. "And which one of us is your favorite?" He poked his belly resulting in a laugh.
"Wouie." He giggled.
"He's my favorite too." Zayn said probably planning to tell Lou about this.
"We have a couple hours until daddy comes back, what do you want to do Codes?"
He though for a minute then shrugged.
"Hey bud there's a park just a couple of minutes away. Feel like playing a little?" Zayn asked.
"Yes pwease." He smiled going over to slip on his shoes an jaket.
"He's my old neighbors son. He had to go to school and his mum is at work, and he called me and said I was his last option I'm sor-" my rambling was cut off by Zayn's warm lips on mine.
"T, it's fine! It may not look like it but I love kids." He stood up and stretched. "I'm going to put on a jumper, well if I can find one. You thief," he smirked.
"You do that." I blushed. I grabbed my beanie from the table and slipped it on before helping Cody with his zipper.

"Hiwer Z!" Cody giggled as Zayn pushed him giggling along. Yes, giggled.
I was currently sitting on the bench cooing at how cute my boyfriend is, until he called me over.
"Take a picture will ya?" He asked and Cody came to a stop on the swing and Zayn handed me his phone.
I went the the camera app and right as I was taking the picture a message popped up at the top of the screen.
I didn't tap on it to go to his messages but it caught my eye.
