Chapter 11

Rain woke up the the sound of his alarm going off he picked up his to turn it of notice to notice 3 missed calls and 4 unanswered messages from Ple.

Ple : did something happen?
Ple : did you and Payu have a fight in the restroom?
Ple : or did I do something to make you uncomfortable?
Ple: Rain please answer me...

rain felt bad since he did mean to leave the date early his emotions got the best of him.

Rain : Sorry Ple  my mom sudden fell sick and she wanted me to come home can you please forgive me ?

Rain felt satisfied with that lie hoping she'll fall for it. He set his phone down and got himself out of bed and made his way to the bathroom on the way to bathroom he look at himself in The mirror Rain mark on his neck which was a redish purple. Then memories flooded back into his head about what happened between the him and Payu in the restroom.

Shia! Was that guy an octopus got something?!? Which left a huge mark on Rains neck. Good thing it's still the weekend but the mark will still be on his neck by tomorrow but hopefully not as noticeable as it is currently.

Rain was thought he knew what he wanted which as going on that date with Ple. But was Sky right was he not following his heart? Was he just doing as he was told to? Did he actually like Ple. Before Ariana thoughts could take over anymore he heard a knock coming from his front door.

He went downstairs to check who it was as he opened the door to reveal who it was it was Ple she was holding a small plastic bag from the local  Pharmacy down the street.

"Oh I brought your mother some medicine and some soup since you texted me she was sick"

Ple said as she stood their on the porch. How could Rain betray her like that kissing Payu while he was supposed to be on a date with her. Rain could Bering up the truth only knowing it will hurt hurt.

"I kissed you best friends man In the restroom last night"

Yeah that didn't sound right it was probably better off if ran kept that a secret so it did set off drama between people.

"Can I come in an introduce my self to your mother?"

Ple's question sent Rain into panic knowing that he made up an excuse to her so he could leave the date early.

"Oh uhhhh my moms is uhhh throwing up a lot right now and uhhh she doesn't like to see her sick"

Pull yourself together he thought he's already lied so much to her. Rain took some deeps breaths to calm down his nerves.

"Oh I understand! Maybe next time!"

Ple seemed pretty suspicious of Rains statement about his mother but at the same time she wasn't. In the pharmacy Ple had over heard a woman talking about how she was picking up some medicine for her son named Rain the name Rain wasn't very common but maybe it was just a coincidence right?

"Oh before I go I kinda told my parents about how we went on a date and said they would love to meet you would you wanna come over for dinner later?"

Ple had already had already told her parents about them?!? Great now even more guilt begins to fill Rain. Rain had agreed to dinner since he didn't want to sound more suspicious then he already did if he had said no.

As the day went on Rain went out to shop to find nicer clothes for the dinner meeting he had with Ple's parents.
Walking from shop to shop looking for the right outfit he saw Anong with big luxurious shop bags around both arms.

"Rain is that you?"

Anong said as she placed her sunglasses on the top of her head. She speed walked with joy over to Rain.

"I knew it I could recognize that brown hair anywhere!"

She said as she pulled him in for a hug. Yeah Anong is a very social butterfly she wasn't afraid to go up and anyone.

"Hi Anong..." Rain said with a sigh.

"What are you going here?...I thought you couldn't afford luxury brands like these"

Ouch Rain thought to himself Anong really was a straightforward woman. Anong choice of words hurted Rains feelings just a little though.

"Oh well I uhh...have some money saved up and I...need to find a fancy outfit for my meeting with Ple's parents"

Rain had as he looked down towards the ground then back up to notice Anongs face light up.

"YOURE MEET PLE'S PARENTS!?!"

She shout with cause the people around the two to akwardly stare at them.

"Oh uhh sorry I got a little excited but this an emergency Im giving you a makeover on me!"

Anong said as she grabbed Rains wrist dragging  him towards a shop without giving him a chance to decline the offer.

After hours of trying on outfit and getting his hair done. Rain was cover head to toe in designer brands a light blue button up with black cuffs pants. Rain couldn't help but to feel shy since he was used to standing out.

"AWWW you look so adorable!! Ple's ready is a lucky girl! Quick pose for me I wanna take a picture of you for Payu to show him my awesome styling!"

Both Ple's and Payu's names mentioned in a sentence together made Rain realize how much he messed up. He should've just said no to dinner and no to the makeover from Anong.

"How much is all of this? How much to a owe you?" Rain questioned

Anong let out a little laugh "it's free silly! It was my treat and also my idea!"

Payu was at work when he received a message from Anong.

Anong : * sent a image *
Anong : isn't he cute huh?

What the the heck were they doing together since when did they become good friends? Payu thought. But he did half to admit the picture was cute it made Payu's heart flutter at the sight of the image.
