Chapter 12 The Meeting?

Rain has never wore clothes this expensive in his life let alone be able to own them we was in forever debat to Anong for her kindness. Rain felt like he took advantage of her kindness he felt like a horrible person after kissing her boyfriend.

Anong had her driver drive them to Ple's house.

"Are you nervous?"

She questioned as she looked at Rain who was  visibly shaking in his seat.

"What me nervous? Why would I be nervous?"
Rain said

"Rain be honest with me...do you even like Ple?"

Anong questioned

"What do you mean of course I do! Fine, I admit it I am nervous.."

Before Anong could even reply to Rain's answer they had arrived at Ple's house. Rain was amazed at the site of her house he had no clue that Ple's family was so well off.

He quickly got out of the car to avoid Anong's stare. Stumbling up the door before Rain could knock he was greeted by a random man he look around Rain's age.

"So you're the guy my sister talks about all the time huh?"

He didn't sound so pleased with the right of Rain
Wait, sister?!? Since when did Ple have a brother Rain thought to himself.

"I thought my sister said you were middle class how are you wearing designer brands?"

Every sentence that came out of the guy's mouth intimated Rain Was all of Ple's family like this?
Before he could say anything else he was cut off by Ple.

"Som what I are you doing why didn't you tell me he was here?"

She said as she pushed Som out of Rain's way.

"I'm sorry about him he's very protective of me he doesn't like when I see someone"

"It's ok I understand if I had a younger sister I would be the same also you look great tonight"

Ple wore are white silky dress with diamond jewelry. Gosh, Rain messed up Ple didn't deserve him she deserves a guy who would treat her better.

They all sat down at an elegant dinner table they all sat in silence, waiting for Ple's parents to arrive. Suddenly Ple got a message from her parents which made her look upset.

"They can't make it.."

Som wasn't shocked at the words of his sister he looked like he was used to it.

"Of course how typical of them...always canceling on our import plans"

He said as he got up from the table.

"I'm sorry Rain they always do this maybe some other time..."

Pale said. Rain did feel relieved but did also feel bad for Ple after she got all ready just for him to meet her parents.

"Hey, I thought of an idea why don't we go out to this new club That just opened?"

He said in hopes that would cheer up Ple.

"A club?"

"Well yeah I thought it would make a great place to get your thoughts off of your parents"
Rain said

"Sure let's try it!"

She said as her face began to light up.

Loud music was booming with bright flashing lights as they both walked into the club together. Rain looked over to see Ple with a bright smile on her face.

"What are we doing standing here let's go dance!!"

She said as she grabbed Rain's hand and dragged him onto the dance floor.

As time passed the couple danced as the music played Rain's awkward dancing made Ple laugh.

"Are you getting thirsty? Let me go grab us something"

Rain said before he could walk off to the bar Ple grabbed his arm getting his attention.

"Thank you for this Rain you know how to cheer someone up!"

Ple said smiling Rain could help but to smile back
This night with Ple really helped him get his mind off of Payu. He had begun to walk to the bar when he notice both Anong and Payu sitting in a booth. Of course, right when Rain had forgotten about Payu he had to see him.

Rain had avoided looking over anymore so he would get recognized by the two. Rain quickly walked over to the bathroom and locked himself into a stall pulling out his phone to text Sky

Rain : Sky can you come pick me up from the club?

Sky : why are at the club? Aren't you supposed to be over at Ple's house meeting her parents?

Rain : it's a long story but can you please be me up!!

Rain : pleasesssss skyyyy I the tell you everything in the car I promise!!!!

Sky : fine but you owe me for this

Rain : Deal!

Rain got up and walked out of the restroom in hopes to find Ple to make up some excuse to be able to leave before sky arrived.
As he was looking around for Ple he notice she wasn't in the same place anymore, but she was at the booth with Anong and Payu.

Well, she's what the people she knows she'll be fine if he just leaves without saying anything right? Rain thought. He finally made up his mind and decided to leave without saying anything. But he knows he'll have to make it up to Ple for just ditching on her.
