Chapter 5 what's so good about Payu?

heyyy sorry for not updating in a while I've been busy with stuff and other things anyways enjoy!!!

Rain finally reached home he had so many new thoughts going through his mind. Why was he acting like this? Rain didn't get much time to think before realizing he had to bolt out the door, to get to school on time.

Finally, for once, Rain made it to school on time with a few extra minutes to study since he had an upcoming test. Sky finally arrived at school and sat down next to Rain.

"You look tired did you stay up late studying?" Sky questioned.

"No, I went to P'Pa-" Rain quickly stopped himself mid-sentence.

Rain in a worrying state of panic covered his mouth with his hands. Sky looked Rain with a confused look.

"Are you sure you're ok?" Sky asked.

Before Rain could think of a response to Sky's question Ple interrupted their conversation

"Rain did you get P'Payus number?" she questioned.

Rain was taken aback by Ple's question what did she mean by did Rain get Payu's number?

"Why would I have gotten his number?" Rain said

"Because everyone at the party said-"

Before Ple could finish her sentence Rain received a notification. it was a message from an unknown number.

Unknown: Where did you go?
Unknown: send me your location.
Unknown: Answer me Rain

Who was this person and why are they asking for Rain's location? Before it clicked into Rain's mind realizing who it was. The teacher quickly snatched Rains  phone from him.

"You know better than to be on your phone! I'll be taking it for the rest of the day you can get after your classes!" The teacher said with a grumpy tone.

"I'll now be passing out the test hopefully, you guys used this time to study, unlike your classmate Rain."

The class began to laugh and Rain couldn't help but be embarrassed. Rain couldn't believe he wasted his time talking to his friends and looking at his messages instead of studying. He realized it was Payu who messaged him now Rain hates him even more than he did.

An hour has passed and everyone has already turned in their test including Ple and Sky, but Rain was stuck on the last few question. before he knew it the bell rang and the teacher walked over to him.

"I expected more from you Rain," she said with a stern voice
" This is going to have to be marked as a zero," she said before walking away.

Rain sat there in silence. both Sky and Ple overheard the conversation Sky reached out to put his hand on Rain's shoulder, but all of a sudden Rain quickly got up from his desk and ran out of the classroom.

Rain felt like he wanted to cry. He had locked himself in a restroom stall where no one could find him he sat on the toilet with his face in his hands. Many thoughts went through Rain's head as he sat there like what if he never accepted Payus's offer or What if he just walked home in the rain?

All of a sudden Rain heard the bathroom doors open he peeked under the stall to see if someone had entered the restroom. As he looked he saw two feet appear right in front of the stall Rain was in.  Rain began to worry did someone hear him?

was somebody trying to use the restroom? Rain taught.

Then he heard a knock on the stall door.

"It's me Rain open up," a voice said.

This voice sounded familiar to Rain. He looked under the stall once more to see an expensive pair of shoes. Then it clicked Rain thought back to the messages from the unknown number, it was Payu.

What is he doing here?! Payu was the last person Rain wanted to see Rain despises Payu so much because of Ple's constant talking about him.

"Rain I know you're in the stall open the door."
He said again.

Rain was in a panic there was no where for him to escape. But he realized how did Payu know where to find him? Rain didn't have his phone on him.

"Rain open the door now." Payu began to sound angry.

Why did Payu like Rain so much? Before Rain could finish his thought the stall door opened to reveal Payu standing in front of Rain.

"Why didn't you answer your messages I've been trying to contact you," Payu said

"My..teacher..uh....she took my phone from me in class." Rain stuttererd.

If Rain was being honest he is scared of Payu and his Presence. Payu was a God-like senior everyone loved he is good-looking, smart, talented, and even kind. Payu was everything Rain wasn't.

Rain's just an average-looking guy he wasn't as smart as Payu or talented as him. Payu is the walking definition of perfect Rain began to understand why Ple was so attracted to him.

"Why are you even here?" Rain said

"Isn't it obvious? You didn't answer me you just left in the morning before saying anything to me" Payu replied.

Mid conversation someone walked into the restroom. Rain acted quickly and grabbed Payu's wrist yanking him into the stall with him.

"Oh, are you now trying to seduce me?" Payu said with a smirk on his face.

"You wish," Rain huffed
"I only pulled you in here because of the guy that just walk in" Rain also said

Payu began to let out a small chuckle in his eyes Rain was the most adorable person ever. Payu loved everything about him. His grumpiness, shyness, and even his awkwardness. Payu was attracted to Rain the first time he saw him at the open house when Rain came to visit the college for the first time.

It had gone silent between the two as they stood in the stall. Payu looked directly into Rain's eyes Rain began to look away as Payu lean down to plant a small kiss on Rain's forehead leaving Rain in shock.
