Chapter 14

Hey guys I just wanted to say that sorry for taking so long to update. I just got really busy and I got really unmotivated so sorry if this chapter doesn't really make sense, I forgot what the stories about. 😭

"No" Rain said as he held onto Payu's arm.

After Rains confession silence grew between the two as Payu gazed into Rain's eyes.

"What did you say?" Payu asked still in the grip of Rain.

Rain didn't reply back because of embarrassment he can believe that he just said he didn't like Ple out loud right infront of Payu.

Finally Rain blurted out "Fine! I said no I don't like Ple!! I only pretended to like her because I was jealous!" Rain quickly put his hand to his mouth only to realize what his just said He sounded like a total Jerk.

"Sorry...I have to go" Rain bolted out of the door leaving Payu in his room alone.

"Aiii Skyyy pick up!" Rain said as he was trying to call Sky in need of a hiding place from you know who. Finally after what felt like 10 calls Sky finally picked up.

"Sky why aren't you picking up your phone!"

"Sorry Rain...I couldn't awnser sooner I had a little bit of a Rat problem..." Sky replied

"A Rat problem since when did you have rats? You're like the cleanest person I know....anyways can you come pick me up from the bus station I need a place to stay for the night" Rain had finally found a farway place to rest so Payu could come looking for him.

"Aiii Rain did you fight with your mom again?" Sky questioned.
"No! Not at all in matter of a fact I'm also having a bit of a rat problem..." he replied
"I'm cling right now to get you so don't move" Sky said as he hanged up the phone.

3 minutes had pasted since Rain had called Sky. It was now pouring rain. And of course Rain got all drenched with rain.

Finally Rain spots Sky's white car and began to walk over soon Rains vision become a bit dazed not long after that all Rain could see was black.

And the voice of his best friend screaming.

The next morning Rain woke up with a terrible headache he also felt a bit chilly. Rain looked around the room and notice he was in Sky's room but he didn't see Sky.

Rain got up from the bed and walked over to the door before he could open the door he heard the muffled voices of Sky and some other guy he didn't recognize the voice of.

"What are your doing here I told you to leave me alone?!" He heard Sky say then he heard the man reply with a slight chuckle before continuing his sentence "I'm here to see you silly why else would I be here"

Rain can imagine how annoyed his friend look based off how he sounded Rain wonders who the man was that Sky was talking to.

"Don't you have a job or something?...I'm really busy right now" Sky said
"Busy? Are you just saying that as an excuse to get me to leave" the man's voice saddened in a playful way,

"Fine! If you wanna stay then stay! But my friend is here and he's sick and sleeping in my room so could you keep it down!" Sky said to the man in a passive aggressive way.

Sky reached for the door to go check on Rain.
Little did Sky know Rain had been listing to the whole conversation he just had with the unknown man.

Rain rushed back to the bed trying not to expose himself as a eavesdropper.

"Rain are you awake I made you some breakfast" Sky said as he poped his head into the door.
"Sky...what happed..?" Rain said trying to look like he just woke up.
"You blacked out last night because you caught a cold." Sky replied

Growing up Rain was a healthy kid he barely got sick even when small virus such as the stomach bug went around school. But he did get sick it wasn't good.

Rain began to get up from the bed but beige he could Sky cut him off "hey! Don't push yourself It's not good for you! you know?" Sky had also felt like a Mother figure to Rain even tho Rain was older Sky cleaned his room when he came over to his house and even would cook for Rain.

"Haha ok 'mom'" Rain said jokingly

Their conversation got cut off by the sound of something hitting the floor  "what is that guy doing" Sky said with annoyed expression

"He? Is someone else here?" Rain questioned trying to keep up the act.

Before Sky could awnser the man walked into the room with a broken flower pot. "Aii Sky I think I broke your pot" the man looked over at Rain "so you're the one taking all my Sky's attention huh?"

Rain was taken back by the question he'd also notice Sky becoming red "your Sky?"

"No no no!! He didn't mean it like that he's just a little stupid!" Sky said as he elbowed that man in the gut.

"You think I'm stupid?" The man said as he held onto the side of his stomach "my name is Prapai"
He also chipped in.

"I'm Rain" Rain replied.

"Oh so your the notorious Rain huh?" Prapai said

Notorious what did he mean by that?! Rain thought to himself
